In recent years,with the development of Wuhan's industry,agriculture,chemical industry and manufacturing industry,the level of urbanization has also continued to increase,and the air quality problems caused by it have gradually become the focus of attention.Therefore,not only the establishment of an air quality monitoring system is needed in life,but also a comprehensive air quality prediction system from a scientific perspective.While combing the research results of relevant content at home and abroad,this article uses statistical learning methods to analyze the air quality in Wuhan.The main research work includes the following three parts.First,the traditional gray correlation analysis method was combined with the method of measuring the importance of samples?Topsis?to break through the limitations of the original equal treatment of samples.Secondly,the meteorological factors,economic and social development status are selected using the pollution source analysis method.There are six main factors affecting the industrial structure,including the industrial structure.The results show that energy consumption and the total urban population have the most important weights.Judging from the main factors affecting the air quality of Wuhan,the annual average temperature,total urban population and annual rainfall are the most prominent.Second,considering the differences and similarities in the spatial distribution of air quality,this article will use the daily monitoring data of SO2,NO2,O3 and PM10pollutants collected by Wuhan National Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Point.Spearman's trend test and functional principal component analysis were used to analyze it from the perspective of time and space.The results show that,except for ozone,the concentrations of other pollutants show a decreasing trend as a whole.Among them,the ozone concentration in Qingshan District,Wuchang District,and the southeast of Dongxihu District has increased rapidly.Secondly,the air quality of Wuhan has obvious seasonal effects,namely Air pollution is mainly concentrated in the spring and winter seasons.The air quality in Qingshan District and Dongxihu District is poor.The air quality in Xinzhou District,Jiangxia District,Jianghan District,and Hannan District is the best.Third,based on the characteristics of the data in this paper,an XGBoost model is constructed with six levels of air quality as the analysis target,and the mechanism of each influencing factor and air quality level is derived using the PDPBox method.The results show that all the evaluation indicators of the model show good,and the model constructed can be applied to the early warning of air quality.Secondly,the air quality is susceptible to the PM10 concentration,and the change in air quality has a certain effect on the change in ozone concentration.In the end,the study found that the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the air can be 10?g/m-3,the concentration of O3 is 95?g/m-3,and the concentration of PM10 is 59?g/m-3.As an important observation point for the air quality grade to change from"good"to"mild pollution".
