Nano-carbon materials refer to carbon materials with a dispersed phase dimension of at least one dimension smaller than 100 nm.It has many excellent physical and chemical properties.It is widely used in many fields.The research objects of this subject are one-dimensional material carbon nanotubes and two-dimensional material graphene.But their synthetic processes are not mature enough,the cost is high,and the purification process is difficult.For this problem,in this paper,coal pitch and ethanol are used as carbon sources,metal foam Ni and copper foil catalysts are used as growth templates,carbon nanotubes and graphene are prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD).To explore the growth conditions of growing carbon nanotubes and graphene between different carbon sources and the catalytic mechanism of different catalysts in the carbonization process is beneficial to achieve the controllability of coal pitch pyrolysis products.It can also increase the value of coal pitch and provide a safe and reliable preparation method for the industrialization of carbon nanotubes.The coal pitch component is used as a solid carbon source and foamed Ni is used as a growth template.Toluene solubles(? component),toluene insolubles quinoline solubles(? component),toluene insolubles quinoline insolubles(? component)can be modified by extraction of ordinary coal pitch and WISCO.It can be obtained with the graphitization component as the ? component by using XRD,SEM,Raman,thermogravimetric analysis test.Its optimal process conditions are a carbonization temperature of 900?,a carbonization time of 2 h,and a cooling method for natural cooling outside the furnace.When the ? component was added in an amount of 200 mg,carbon nanotubes are produced with the best quality and the highest yield.When the ? component is added in an amount of 80 mg,graphene is formed.Ethanol is used as a liquid carbon source and metal copper foil is used as a growth template.Under the conditions of 10 minutes of pass-in time,900? carbonization temperature,and natural cooling outside the furnace,the yield of carbon nanotubes is the highest by using XRD,SEM,Raman,thermogravimetric analysis test.To explore the growth mechanism of graphene and carbon nanotubes by combining experimental phenomena and analytical characterization.It can be known that when Ni is used as a catalysis template,the growth of carbon nanotubes conforms to the mechanism of "carbon melting-carbon evolution" and the formation of carbon nanotubes on Cu surfaces follows a "surface growth" mechanism.Some of the amorphous carbon and metal catalyst particles in the prepared carbon nanotubes can be effectively removed by burning,dispersion,oxidation,centrifugation,etc.The experimental results show that the final recovery rate of carbon nanotubes is 61%.The analysis by electrochemical test shows that the carbon nanotubes after purification and recovery have a better capacitance,and the recovered carbon nanotubes have a higher purity.
