Since the advent of the Nano science technology, nanomaterial immediatelycause the concern of society and people, one-dimensional nanomterials has theextremely extremely widespread application in nanomaterials field, for example,catalytic aspect of fuel cell, nanoscale electronic devices, supercapacitors,pharmaceutical chemistry, etc.As we all known, the energy industry is a crucial industry for a country, thedevelopment of the energy impact directly on a country’s economic power andcomprehensive national strength, so it is particularly important to develop the energyindustry. At present, because of the clear and no pollution and the range ofapplications of Hydrogen fuel cells, people pay attention to the development.However, as usually pt particles is directly used of the anode catalyst of Hydrogenfuel cells, so the pt particles are tend to react with carbonic oxide from the Hydrogenand it will reduce the efficiency of Hydrogen fuel cells. So we utilize Anodicaluminum oxide (AA0) as template Combined with chemical vapor deposition (CVD)method and use acetylene as carbon source to prepare a new type of Pt/CNTscomposite structure. Because of the Pt particles are surrounded in carbon nanotubesand resist the reaction with carbon monoxide gas.At last, we use scanning electronmicroscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)respectively toanalysis its morphology characterized, hoping to solve with the problem and finding anew materials.In this paper, we prepare several kinds of large-scale one-dimensional metalnanoarrays using the method of electrochemical depositon basising of the Anodicaluminum oxide (AAO).Because the metal nanostructures excellent opticalperformance, we deal with the order preparation of metal nanoarrays, not only test itsmorphology characterization by scanning electron microscope(SEM), but also itsoptical properties from ultraviolet-visible region to infrared regions. For opticalfilter and its sensors application to provide some reference value. |
