In the reconstruction and expansion of oil reserve bases,engineering blasting methods are often used,and the seismic effect of blasting poses a safety threat to the nearby storage tanks in service.This paper designs a set of reusable blasting model test devices for oil storage tanks near the area caused by rock and soil blasting excavation near the oil storage tanks,and uses HHT data analysis methods,combined with ANSYS / LS-DYDA numerical simulation,to study the response law of the oil storage tank under blasting vibration systematically.The research results can be used for engineering design reference.(1)Through model tests,it is found that the vibration velocity of the vertical measurement point of the oil tank in the Z direction under the same working conditions exhibits an elevation magnification effect,and the vibration velocity of the circumferential measurement point gradually decreases from the front to the back explosion surface;The vibration velocity of the mass point of the oil storage tank shows a significant amplification effect with the increase of the liquid height in the Z direction;The vibration velocity of the measuring point of the oil storage tank showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the depth of the explosion source.When the depth of the explosion source increased from 70 cm to 100 cm,the attenuation was fastest.(2)The energy of the blasting vibration signal of the oil storage tank gradually increases in the time and frequency range as the height of the measuring point increases;The instantaneous energy of the oil storage tank increases first and then decreases with the increase of the liquid storage height,and reaches the maximum value when the liquid storage height is 3/4 tank;The instantaneous energy of the measuring point of the oil storage tank decreases first and then increases with the increase of the depth of the blast source.At 70 ? 100 cm,the blasting vibration is small.The curves of the instantaneous energy of the measuring point with the height of the point under different blast source depths are obtained.(3)Through numerical simulation,it is found that the vertical vibration point of the oil storage tank in the Z direction basically conforms to the amplification effect,and the overall vibration speed of the circumferential measurement point tends to decrease;The vibration velocity of particles at the bottom and top of the oil storage tank basically shows a downward trend with the increase of the depth of the explosion source;The vibration velocity at the top of the oil storage tank reaches its maximum value when the liquid storage height is 3/4 tank.The conclusions obtained from model tests,HHT signal analysis,and numerical simulation are basically consistent.Both the model test and the numerical simulation support each other,but the vibration speed calculated by the numerical simulation is larger than that of the model test,and the data rule of some measuring points is far behind the model test.The results obtained by the two methods of model test and numerical simulation are not as detailed and comprehensive as those obtained by HHT analysis.
