CuO/ZnO loaded composite nanofiber membrane(CNFM)has important applications in a series of organic and industrial catalytic reactions because of the peculiar properties of semiconductor oxides and nano-effects of nanofibers, which has gradually become a research hotspot in academic fields recently. In this paper,CuO/ZnO loaded CNFMs were successfully prepared in batches by the combination of modified bubble electrospinning(MBE),heat treatment and hydrothermal synthesis. The effects of various parameters and the proportion of copper and zinc on the morphology, structure and properties of the CNFMs were investigated. Then the CNFMs obtained under the condition of the optimal process parameters were applied to photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange and methylene blue in order to obtain the most efficient catalyst. And the effects of the pH value of methyl orange solution on the photocatalytic degradation rate were discussed. The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)PAN/PVDF/Cu(Ac)2/Zn(Ac)2 CNFMs were fabricated in batches by MBE under the optimal spinning parameters. The effects of the proportions of Cu(Ac)2 and Zn(Ac)2 on the morphology, structure and properties of CNFMs were analyzed. The results showed that when Cu(Ac)2:Zn(Ac)2=5:5,the nanofiber diameter of CNFMs was smaller, the distribution of nanofiber diameters was more uniform, and the mechanical properties of CNFMs were better.(2)The electrospun CNFMs with the optimum weight ratio(Cu(Ac)2:Zn(Ac)2=5:5)were calcined for a period of time, and the CNFMs with CuO and ZnO nanoparticles were obtained. The effects of heat treatment temperature and duration on the CNFMs were researched, and the optimal heat treatment parameters were determined. The effects of the weight ratio of copper and zinc on the morphology, structure and properties of CNFMs were discussed under the optimum heat treatment parameters. The results showed that when the heat treatment temperature was 150?the duration of heat treatment was 3h,and the weight ratio of copper and zinc was 5:5,the morphology, structure and mechanical properties of the CNFMs with CuO and ZnO nanoparticles were relatively better.(3)CuO/ZnO loaded CNFMs were successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. The effects of hydrothermal temperatures and duration on the CNFMs were studied, and the optimal hydrothermal parameters were determined..Moreover,the effects of the weight ratio of copper and zinc on the morphology, structure and properties of the CNFMs were discussed under the optimum hydrothermal parameters. The results showed when the hydrothermal temperature was 150?,the duration of hydrothermal was 3h,and the weight ratio of copper and zinc was 5:5,the morphology, structure and properties of the CuO/ZnO loaded CNFMs were all better.(4)Five kinds of CuO/ZnO loaded CNFMs with different weight ratios of copper and zinc obtained were applied to photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange and methylene blue for 7 hours. The results indicated that when the weight ratio of copper and zinc was 5:5,the degradation performances of methyl orange and methylene blue were the best, and the highest degradation rates were 89.5%and 94.2%,respectively.In addition, the effects of the pH value of methyl orange solution on the photocatalytic activity were discussed.
