With the development of economic integration,enterprises increasingly blurred border makes a large number of cross-industry,regional,diversified group enterprise appeared.It is followed by a series of problems such as poor capital concentration,low efficiency of capital use,and the defect of the budget management of cash flow.It is obvious that implementing centralized capital management to ensure rational and efficient use of funds is gradually replacing decentralized management,how to realize the effectiveness and efficiency of centralized capital management has become a new challenge for large group enterprises.In recent years,with the expansion of business and scale,the KJA group studied in this paper is also facing certain capital challenges,and capital management has become the focus of enterprise operation management.In 2012,the group introduced the centralized fund management mode of "cash pool",and the centralized fund management system was officially launched.Although the "cash pool" mode has made some achievements,it also has many defects,which reduce the effect of centralized capital management to some extent.Therefore,it is not negligible for enterprises to improve this mode.Papers selected KJA group as the research object,using literature research and questionnaire research method of combining.Firstly,literature research is taken as the starting point of paper writing,through reading related literature both at home and abroad,the theory of centralized capital management is sorted out and summarized,comparative analysis of the difference between the several patterns of centralized capital management and their respective advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,based on the actual situation of KJA group,the current situation of its centralized capital management was analyzed,it was found that the group had a series of problems in capital collection,information system,cost and efficiency of capital management and risk control,which reflected the urgency of implementing centralized capital management.In addition,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate the operation effect.At the same time,a series of problems and causes in the implementation of "cash pool" fund centralized management mode of KJA group were deeply analyzed.Finally,the corresponding solutions to the proposed problems are implemented,it mainly includes: establishing a soundinstitutional guarantee system,improving the ability of capital planning and dispatching service,strengthening the management of capital budget,optimizing the information construction of centralized capital management,and strengthening the management of capital security,etc,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the centralized capital management of the enterprise.Previously,most of China's understanding and application of centralized capital management were borrowed from foreign advanced countries.As a typical domestic enterprise,the effective implementation of centralized capital management of KJA group also provides reasonable reference for other similar domestic group enterprises to realize centralized capital management.
