With the rapid development of science and technology and made in China 2025 put forward,industrial robot technology and a new generation of information technology intelligent manufacturing technology in the field of industrial manufacturing applications more and more widely,China is a big agricultural country,the demand for agricultural machinery equipment is also rising year by year,the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry is toward automation,information technology and intelligent direction,realize the agricultural It can not only improve the production efficiency and quality of agricultural machinery and equipment,but also reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the working environment and improve the economic benefits of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises.In that weld process of an agricultural machinery manufacture enterprise,a large number of plate and tube parts need to be weld,and at present,the welding of the plate and tube parts in a welding workshop adopts a mode that the welding parts are manually assembled and then manually welded,the labor intensity is high,the welding efficiency is low,and the welding quality depends on the technical level of an operator,so that the welding quality cannot be guaranteed,Warehousing information,quality inspection information,production information,equipment status and other information mainly rely on manual records.Production information records are prone to make mistakes,information updates are not timely,and workshop managers are difficult to effectively understand the production progress of welding workshop in real time.In view of the above situation,this topic designs and develops the automatic assembly welding equipment and production management system for sheet and tube parts.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The base frame of wheat harvester is a typical application in the welding of sheet-pipe parts.By analyzing the welding process,the automatic assembly welding equipment of sheet-pipe parts was designed.For the manual welding of plate and tube parts,the welding robot workstation is used to replace the manual welding.The hardware of the welding robot workstation is selected,and the positioner welding fixture and the layout of the workstation are designed;In view of the need for manual assembly of weldments before welding operation,automatic assembly equipment was designed: the selection design offeeding robot,end effector and the feeding turntable.And solve that problems of low weld efficiency,high labor intensity,unguaranteed welding quality and the like in the welding proces of plate and tube parts.(2)Through the research of robot off-line programming technology,RobotArt is selected as the off-line programming software of this topic,through the custom settings of the robot,the simulation scene of welding robot workstation is built,the welding path trajectory is generated,and the simulation simulation is carried out,the welding path trajectory is optimized and the interference situation is checked.And finally,generate a robot program code file through a post-processing function so as to reduce that downtime of the welding robot and increase the program efficiency of the robot.(3)The control system design of automatic assembly equipment for sheet and tube parts,including the control system structure design,PLC hardware selection,control panel design,PLC I/O address allocation and the final PLC control program writing.(4)Through the research of RFID system composition,working principle,as well as the analysis of the welding workshop production data acquisition situation,the overall scheme of automatic assembly welding production management system for sheet and tube parts is designed,including the design of system overall framework,system software structure,system hardware structure and system function model.(5)With Visual Studio 2010 as the development tool,SQL Sever 2014 as the database,and C # as the development language,the automatic assembly and welding production management system of plate and tube parts is developed.Through hardware selection and software debugging,the system realizes user management,storage management,production management,quality management,process management,Equipment management and other main functions.In this paper,the design and development of automatic assembly welding equipment and its production management system for plate and tube parts can achieve automatic welding operation of plate and tube parts in agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises,visualized management of welding production of plate an d tube parts,improve welding production efficiency,product welding quality,reduce labor intensity,The informatization and digitalization of welding workshop in agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises arerealized,and the economic benefits and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises are improved.
