| As a new type of concrete,rubber concrete has been widely used in engineering construction projects due to its good properties of impermeability,impact resistance,and high damping.However,the research on rubber concrete at home and abroad mainly focuses on its advantages.In terms of durability research,there are not many achievements.In recent years,the central and northern regions of China have been exposed to low temperature in the winter for a long time.Therefore,the deicing salts of roads in winter have caused severe damage to the durability of concrete.To this end,this article does the followingThe salt freezing test of rubber concrete was carried out.With the rubber particle size,the rubber content and the number of freezing and thawing cycles as the main factors,the variation rules of the rubber concrete’s spalling amount,internal wave velocity and compressive strength under the salt freezing cycle were analyzed.;At the same time,scanning with an electron microscope(SEM)was used to observe the changes in the internal microstructure of the concrete specimen under different freezing cycles,and to analyze the impact of the rubber particle size and rubber content on the microstructure of the concrete.The test results show that the rubber particles improve the resistance to concrete damage from salt freeze.As the amount of rubber increases,the spalling amount,relative wave velocity,and relative compressive strength of concrete after salt freeze increase and then decrease.As far as this test is concerned,When the rubber content is about 10%,the rubber concrete with a particle size of 1 to 3 mm improves the salt freezing effect better.The experimental research of rubber concrete under low temperature environment was carried out.The rubber particle size,rubber content and different low temperature environment temperature were the main factors to investigate.The relative compressive strength,moisture content and compressive strength of rubber concrete under different low temperature environment were studied.The relationship between the temperature and the electron microscope(SEM)was used to further analyze the factors affecting the frost resistance of rubber concrete.The test results show that as the low-temperature ambient temperature decreases,the compressive strength of rubber concrete gradually increases;for small-size rubber concrete(20 mesh,1 to 3 mm),when the rubber content is small,the frost resistance is superior,For large-diameter rubber concrete(3-6 mm),the frost resistance of concrete is superior when the content is large.Therefore,studying the performance of rubber concrete under deicing salt environment and low temperature environment provides a certain theoretical basis for the application and promotion of rubber concrete in the future. |
