In recent years,the wave of the sharing economy dominated by "Internet+" has swept across all walks of life in China,injecting new vitality into economic and social development.As an important containerized unit in logistics loading,unloading,handling and transportation,efficient and rational use of pallets plays a key role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency of logistics operations.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for the development of trade and logistics proposes to implement the standardization of trade and commerce logistics with standardized pallets(1200mm ×1000mm)and their circular sharing as the starting point.The pilot work of the supply chain system that is being carried out requires the standardization of pallets and circular sharing.Promote the coordinated development of upstream and downstream,resource integration,and promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of supply chain development.A series of key national supply chain construction projects have included standard pallet circulation sharing,and even as a key point,the construction of China's supply chain system cannot be separated from the pallet circulation.It is shared,and the research theory and practical application of pallet scheduling in China are still in the exploratory stage.The flexible supply chain absorbs agile supply chain and lean supply chain management,and proposes a flexible way of supply chain operation in a situation of strong uncertainty.Based on the flexible supply chain logistics system and flexible supply system scenarios,the manufacturer in the supply chain is divided into three parts:general parts manufacturer,special-part manufacturer and assembler in this paper.The customer order separation point is set to change.Under the uncertain conditions of the needs of each node and the remaining empty pallets,a conceptual model of pallet scheduling was designed.Taking scheduling efficiency and scheduling cost as targets,and taking customer satisfaction emphasized by agile supply chain management as one of the constraints,a theoretical model for pallet scheduling was constructed,and a solution algorithm was designed for determining scenarios and uncertain scenarios,respectively.Feasibility and economy of the pallet scheduling scheme.Combining the scale benefits of lean supply chain management with the scope benefits of agile supply chain management,the design and implementation of simulation experiments were performed and optimization was found.The designed model was found to be suitable for flexible supply tray scheduling.The solution algorithm worked well,and relatively reliable results were obtained.Compared with non-flexible In this scenario,the scheduling efficiency decreased by 6.30%,and the cost increased by 5.61%.The research in this paper proves the possibility of efficient and low-cost operation of the pallet under high uncertainty and designs a more feasible scheduling scheme.
