Research On The Flexible Scheme Of The Auxiliary Material Supply Chain Of K Cigarette Factory From The Perspective Of Smart Logistics

Logistics has always been regarded as the third source of profits,but how to create profits has always been a topic of constant discussion and research by scholars.At present,China has listed the development of smart logistics as a national development strategy.The market demand after cigarette consumption upgrade is characterized by immediacy and convenience.Cigarette order and production are characterized by"fragmentation,diversification and diversification",which puts forward the requirements of "fast,accurate and flexible" for logistics service.Therefore,the state administration of tobacco also attaches great importance to the development of intelligent logistics of tobacco,and has decided to increase investment in intelligent logistics of tobacco.Driven by market-oriented reform,the rapid development of intelligent,networked and large-scale logistics has become a trend,and the transformation of logistics into supply chain has become an essential competitive requirement under the conditions of market economy.Supply chain is the backbone network of all logistics operations.The flexibility of supply chain is closely related to production and flexible manufacturing.Therefore,for the supply chain flexibility,it is particularly important to study the relevant strategies.Based on K cigarettes factory accessories supply chain as an example,through the analysis of value stream tool to find out K cigarette factories' material waste of time,unreasonable inventory devices flexibility,information flexibility,supply information,flexible equipment in the supply chain.By optimizing inventory,using the wisdom logistics technology to improve the whole supply chain flexibility,so as to improve inventory turns and flexible production.Through the research on the accessories supply chain flexibility of K cigarette factory,the following conclusions are drawn in this paper:(1)inventory optimization can improve the supply chain flexibility.(2)automatic distributor can improve the flexibility of production equipment in the supply chain,and the realization of automatic distributor will lay a solid foundation for the realization of intelligent logistics of tobacco.(3)the system optimization of AGV vehicles improves the production flexibility of supply chain and makes AGV vehicles more intelligent.This study enriches the management theory of supply chain flexibility of production enterprises and puts forward new ideas and methods for the improvement of supply chain flexibility of enterprises.At the same time,it also has some enlightenment to the development of intelligent logistics of tobacco industry enterprises.
