In recent years,with the rapid development of our country,the level of economy and technology has been continuously improved,the quality of people in life has also been improved,and the people's way of life has also been greatly improved.Compared with traditional displays and lighting equipments,OLED has many advantages,such as low driving voltage?less than 10 V?,active light emitting,low energy consumption,fast response,wide angle of view,image stability,full color display,high brightness,high luminous efficiency and so on.According to the different mechanism of luminescence,OLED luminescent materials can be divided into 2 categories:fluorescence materials and phosphorescence materials.The novel boron complex of?-diketone has good luminescent properties and thermal stability as well as excellent carrier-transporting properties,and these complexes may have aggregation induction effect?AIE?and mechanofluorochromism characteristic?MFC?.Doping synthesized high efficiency fluorescent complex luminous material into the appropriate main material can improve the performance of OLED of fluorescent material devices.Therefore,three new?-diketone ligands and their difluoroboron?-diketonate complexs have been designed and synthesized in this thesis,which is divided into the following three parts:Because carbazole-functionalied?-diketone has high absorption coefficient and high hole transport property,in the first part,using the carbazole group as the core structural unit,a new carbazole-functionalied?-diketone ligand was synthesized and characterized by NMR(1H and 13C)and single crystal X-ray diffraction.Because phenothiazine is an electron-rich heterocycle compound,which has strong fluorescence properties and structure regulation,in the second part,using the phenothiazine group as the core structural unit,a new phenothiazine-functionalied?-diketone ligand and its difluoroboron?-diketonate complex were synthesized and characterized by NMR(1H and 13C)and single crystal X-ray diffraction.The UV-vis absorption,photoluminescence,photoluminescence quantum efficiency,electrochemical property and thermal stability of the complex were studied.In the third part,a phenothiazine-functionalied bis-?-diketone ligand and its difluoroboron complex were designed and synthesized,and the UV-vis absorption,photoluminescence,photoluminescence quantum efficiency,electrochemical property and thermal stability of the bis-?-diketonate boron complex were studied.The binding sites of this bis-?-diketone ligand are more than that of single branch?-diketonate,the activity is higher,and the corresponding boron complex luminous efficiency is high,so it is a good OLED material.
