Mining electric locomotive is an important means of transportation in the mine ground and underground roadway.Its operation condition is complex and its environment is abominable.With the development of power electronic technology,intelligent control and other related disciplines,the speed control method of induction motor becomes more and more mature.In the mine traction motor control system,the static and dynamic performance of the traction control system is determined by the speed regulation performance of the control system.In recent years,the research focus in the field of motor control has gradually shifted from the traditional control method to the advanced intelligent control method.In view of the requirements of speed control for the operation conditions of mine haulage electric locomotive,Firstly,the model predictive control is used to design the single motor speed control system,and the speed control system is improved according to the characteristics of the induction motor running in the field weakening area to achieve the purpose of higher speed under the allowed conditions;secondly,the cross coupling synchronous control strategy is used to improve the synchronous performance of the two motors of the dual motor system of the mine locomotive.This thesis focuses on the application of model predictive control,flux weakening control and dual motor synchronous control in mine traction motor control system.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)Firstly,the theory of MPC is introduced and its principle is analyzed.Secondly,it introduces and analyzes the demagnetization operation state division of induction motor,and expounds the demagnetization limit conditions in detail.(2)According to the operation conditions of mine haulage electric locomotive,the model predictive control system of induction motor is designed,and then the speed regulation problem of mine haulage motor running at high speed is considered.The model predictive control system is improved by combining the theory of weak magnetic control,so that the model predictive control system has the ability of weak magnetic speed regulation.Then the corresponding simulation is built on Matlab/Simulink software,and the simulation results are compared with the traditional weak magnetic speed control system.(3)The advantages and disadvantages of the existing synchronous control strategy are analyzed.Based on the dual motor structure of the mining locomotive,the cross coupling synchronous control strategy is adopted,combined with the model predictive control and the weak magnetic control,and the cross coupling synchronous control strategy based on the model predictive is designed.And then the corresponding simulation system is built on Matlab/Simulink.(4)In view of the shortcomings of traditional cross coupling control system,such as integral saturation,fractional order PI controller and predictive controller are used to improve the cross coupling synchronous control system,and the simulation results are compared with the traditional cross coupling control strategy.
