In this paper,based on the high value clean utilization of cheap carbon sink resources,ramie bone powder as the base material,nano copper oxide,epoxy resin as the strengthening factor,activated carbon as the reducing agent,with the help of response surface test design and analysis method(Design By means of expert,SEM,X-ray diffractometer,thermogravimetry,cone calorimeter and electromagnetic shielding analyzer,the nano reinforced wood functional materials with electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and static bending strength of 70dB and 88.63mpa,water absorption of only 0.57%and weather resistance,flame retardant and smoke suppression characteristics were prepared by warm compression forming.The preparation process and material composition were obtained According to the optimization plan and the regression equation of process parameters and basic properties,the theory and technology of the preparation of nano reinforced wood functional materials based on cheap carbon sink resources are preliminarily formed,and the innovation of the theory and technology of the preparation of functional materials is realized.The main specific work completed is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the components,microstructure and technological properties of ramie bone,peanut stem and soybean stem,it is found that the highest cellulose content of ramie bone powder is 56.30%,the best compaction coefficient and formability,and the particle morphology and particle size composition are most conducive to warm compaction.(2)With the help of single factor and response surface test design and analysis method,the optimal combination of thermoforming temperature,pressure,holding time.nano copper oxide and epoxy resin,which are 180?,70MPa,30min,30.8wt%and 9.2wt%respectively,was obtained for the nano reinforced metallized wood functional materials based on Ramie bone The water absorption is only 0.57%.(3)With the help of XRD,SEM,SEM and electrical conductivity test results,the metallization characteristics of nano reinforced metallized wood functional materials were verified.The XRD patterns of the samples showed obvious diffraction peaks at 2 ?=43.22 °and 50.36°,corresponding to {111} and {200} crystal faces of the face centered cubic structure of the metal Cu,respectively.The microstructure showed that the distribution of copper in Ramie bone composite was uniform and obvious,and the fracture morphology was ductile fracture.The conductivity peak of the samples reached 9.56×10-6 S/M indicates that the in-situ reduction of nano copper oxide between ramie bone matrix particles is sufficient.(4)The characteristics of the specimen were analyzed and characterized with the help of synchronous thermal analyzer,cone calorimeter.scanning electron microscope,spectrum analyzer,vertical flange coaxial test device.It was found that in the process of warm pressing,the in-situ reduction reaction of elemental Cu occurred,and a dense matrix was created.Furthermore,while giving the specimen a certain weather resistance and smoke suppression and flame retardancy Good metal properties and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness,its shielding effectiveness exceeded 70 dB.
