In order to cope with the threats of new radar and advanced detector detection technology to various weapon systems and strategic targets in the future battlefield,based on the high-value clean utilization targets of cheap crop straw resources,the temperature and pressure forming technology has been used to prepare a remarkable stealth and weather resistance.And the mechanical properties are better than conventional wood-based panels(tensile strength and compressive strength reach 87.76MPa,36.01 MPa respectively)and have a tough fracture characteristics of "cotton rod powder/sintered epoxy resin/FeSiAl powder composite stealth sheet",formed based on cheap Biomass stealth composite material preparation theory and technology of crop straw resources have achieved innovation in biomass composite material preparation theory and technology.The main work completed is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of radar stealth requirements,it is found that the key to radar stealth is to try to reduce the radar scattering area(RCS),and the key to reducing RCS is the absorbing material;the structural absorbing material can not only bear the load but also have the absorbing efficiency,arch The shape method is the most commonly used method for evaluating the absorbing properties of materials.(2)Through the analysis of components and process performance,it is found that straw,wheat straw,rape straw,cotton straw and other crop straws have the highest content of cellulose and lignin,and the best bulk density,compressibility,formability,etc.are most conducive to Warm press forming to prepare wooden functional materials.(3)Taking the single-factor test results as the median value,the optimal process parameters and the optimal composition ratio of the cotton rod powder/sintered epoxy resin/FeSiAl powder composite stealth sheet obtained by response surface method are:forming temperature 170 0C,forming The pressure is 75MPa,the holding time is 30min,the sintered epoxy resin is 9.3%,and the iron silicon aluminum powder is 38.6%.(4)Based on the optimal process parameters and the optimal composition ratio,the tensile strength and compressive strength of the prepared 200 × 200mm cotton rod powder/sintered epoxy resin/FeSiAl powder composite wave absorbing structure material are 87.76MPa and 36.01 MPa,It is superior to conventional wood-based panels;its fracture morphology is obviously plasticized and has ductile fracture characteristics;its total thermal weight loss rate at a temperature of 300? is 10.35%,which is only 39.2 of cotton stem powder and cotton stem powder temperature and pressure test pieces%And 40.4%,with good weather resistance;its effective loss(<-10dB)frequency band is 2.3GHz?7.8GHz,the bandwidth is 5.5GHz,and the peak value of reflection loss is-13dB,reflecting the obvious stealth characteristics.
