In order to efficiently use cheap herbal resources such as Pennisetum, bamboo processing residues, and to innovate the theory and technology of biomass fiber preparation and functional application, this paper combines material forming theory and technology of several disciplines such as material processing engineering,Wood science and technology, and apply them to the preparation of wood fiber and application technology development. The main tasks completed are as follows:(1)Comparing the components of Pennisetum pubescens,Phyllostachys pubescens, and coniferous fir,it was found that the cellulose content of the three was similar. This shows that herbs such as Pennisetum and Phyllostachys pubescens have the potential to replace coniferous wood materials such as fir to prepare wood fibers for biomass degradable 3D printing consumables and asphalt mixture reinforcement materials.(2)After using "mechanical-chemical method" and Silane treatment of wood fiber, the response surface method was used to determine the optimal alkali treatment process parameters of phyllostachys pubescens:alkali treatment concentration 3.5%,alkali treatment time 4.2h,alkali treatment temperature 60?.The orthogonal test was used to obtain the optimal pretreatment process parameters of the phyllostachys pubescens:the optimal mesh number of the herb fiber is 150 mesh, the optimal addition amount of coupling agent(KH550)is 5%,and the optimal pretreatment time is 0.5h.(3)A numerical simulation model was established by ANSYS FLUENT software to determine the ideal extrusion process. The 1.75mm size phyllostachys pubescens/PLA composite 3D printing wire was prepared by the twin-screw-single-screw two-step extrusion method. After 3D printing test,3D printing parameters that took into account printing efficiency, work strength and aesthetics were obtained:filling Density 20%,layer height 0.6mm,printing speed 20mm/s,printing temperature 210?.(4)The Marshall test was used to determine the grading of asphalt mixture for herbal fiber road, optimal oil-stone ratio, and optimal fiber dosage; The comparative test found that the best oil-rock ratios of AC-13 type asphalt mixture are 5.0%,5.3%,5.0%,which is based on conifer lignin fiber,Phyllostachys pubescens, and Pennisetum fiber. The best oil-rock ratios of SMA-13 type asphalt mixture are 5.9%,6.5%,6.2%.The optimum blending rate of the three fibers in AC-13 and SMA-13 asphalt mixtures is 0.4%.The conclusion is that the comprehensive performance of the bamboo fiber asphalt mixture is better than that of the Pennisetum fiber asphalt mixture, which is equivalent to the conifer lignin fiber asphalt mixture.
