With the development of the Internet,the network marketing of home appliance industry has developed rapidly,various shopping platforms have been promoted rapidly,logistics supporting facilities have been improved,and the traditional sales channels have changed.Depending on the sales mode of stores,e-commerce has gradually upgraded to e-commerce operation or mixed operation.Relying on lower sales cost,e-commerce has made full use of the power of the Internet and gained a lot Home appliance industry.With the development of the times,the marketing channels are changing constantly,and the single channel mode has become history.It is very important for traditional enterprises to keep up with the pace of the times.When introducing online channels,it will bring certain impact to the original channel dealers,and even various conflict events.How to deal with the relationship between online channels and offline channels,and how to ensure the stable operation of various channels have become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the channel conflict management as the research problem and the good wife clothes hanger as the breakthrough point,through studying a series of problems of the channel conflict of the good wife clothes hanger,the author hopes to solve the conflict management problem of the good wife clothes hanger,at the same time,summarize and analyze the change direction and development trend of the channel conflict in the household appliance industry,so as to provide management for improving the enterprise's response ability in the conflict On the significance of support and reference,so that home appliance manufacturers win time and opportunity in channel conflict management.First of all,this paper explains the marketing channel,channel conflict and the right theory in the marketing channel.Combined with the current situation of the drying industry and the situation of haoma clothes rack enterprise,it systematically combs the performance,types and causes of haoma clothes rack channel conflict,and manages the horizontal channel conflict,vertical channel conflict and multi-channel conflict of haoma clothes rack After summarizing the strategies,we find that there are some deficiencies in the channel conflict management of haoma clothes hanger under the new situation.Aiming at the deficiencies of haoma clothes hanger channel conflict,we put forward four suggestions: unifying the strategic objectives of channel members;defining the positioning of channel members;strengthening the dominant power of haoma clothes hanger in the channel;establishing the early warning mechanism of channel conflict.Marketing channel is the link between products and consumers,and the core competitiveness of manufacturers to expand and seize the market.Whether enterprises can operate efficiently,have a say in the market,and whether they can achieve sustainable development of marketing channel plays a crucial role.Channel conflict is widespread,which may be caused by imperfect channel system,opposite roles,scarce resources,perceived differences,expectation differences,differences in decision-making areas,and inconsistent goals.The research of channel conflict can analyze the contradictions among current channel members,find solutions to problems,find new channel models,and provide basis for enterprises to formulate strategic objectives.In order to maintain the efficient operation of channels,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,so that enterprises get more benefits.
