With the growth of China's economy and the reform of the cargo transport system,the transport of dangerous goods has gradually become the focus of railway freight.How to make full use of railway network and various transport resources,give full play to the advantages of railway freight long-distance transport,and safely and efficiently meet the transport needs of multi-attribute dangerous goods is the main research and exploration direction of railway freight researchers and managers at present.Multiple attributes of transport of dangerous goods and reasonable scheme selection of research to improve the transportation safety condition is of great significance,therefore,this article considered according to the characteristics of the dangerous goods,based on dangerous goods attribute of railway dangerous goods transport services network multi-objective mixed integer programming model,this paper uses hierarchical sequence method to solve the model.First,the importance of the three objective functions is sorted,then the priority of the objective functions is given,the objective is precisely solved by the branch and bound algorithm,and the model is solved by the commercial software Gurobi,and the optimal solution set(path set)is obtained.The main contents are as follows:(1)The classification and characteristics of dangerous goods are described,and then from the physical network,service network,the network flow analyzed the research contents of railway dangerous goods transportation network,combined with the characteristics of railway dangerous goods transportation in China,this network of railway dangerous goods transport services on a single effective physical network to carry on the design of dangerous goods.(2)It describes the attributes of dangerous goods flow.Based on the physical and chemical attributes of dangerous goods flow,it analyzes the risk attributes,cost attributes and service attributes of dangerous goods flow,and introduces the time value of the goods flow into consideration of the cost attributes from two aspects of displacement and time,and establishes a generalized cost model.(3)In view of the risk attributes,statistical analysis of the railway dangerous goods safety accidents in the previous years and put forward the accident,there is a link with the leakage of dangerous goods leakage accident model is set up,using line feature,then the statistics of the current widespread use of risk measurement model,and join the meteorological condition and emergency ability the influence of factors on the risk model,personnel safety risk model is established,and environmental safety risk model.(4)From the multiple attributes of dangerous goods,conform to the dangerous goods attribute as the important basis of railway dangerous goods transportation service network design,under the condition of satisfy certain constraints(line capacity requirements and technical conditions,the train plan and acceptable risk,etc.),with lowest risk within the scope of personnel security,environmental security risk minimum,generalized cost minimum as the priority,constructed of railway dangerous goods transportation service network model.By using the above cost attribute model,risk attribute model and service network model,the feasibility and rationality of the model are verified by commercial software Gurobi.Finally,the paper analyzes the deficiencies in the research process,and points out the problems to be further studied.The model and method proposed for dangerous goods flow provide a theoretical reference for attribute analysis and route selection in railway dangerous goods transportation.
