With the rise of the electricity supplier,the logistics of flammable and explosive goods and other dangerous goods affect the development of the logistics industry,but also threaten the safety of the staff.Although X now has been widely used and developed in logistics cargo inspection system.But X can only detect the shape of the goods,can not determine the molecular composition of the object and know the type of goods,but also can not accurately detect liquid and dust and other goods.Detection for liquid and dust hazardous Raman spectroscopy accuracy than the traditional X ray is accurate,but the Raman spectrometer only through transparent or translucent packing bag of goods were detected,and the influence on the environment,will cause the measured goods field Raman spectra were obtained is not precise enough,so Raman spectroscopy is used for on-site logistics goods inspection is not universal.Firstly,this paper analyzed and summarized the Raman spectra of the traditional denoising algorithm,by redesigning the data processing part of the noise threshold function;secondly,using wavelet denoising algorithm,generated using wavelet threshold denoising algorithm based on translation invariant threshold value,improve the accuracy of Raman spectra,and the effectiveness of the algorithm verified by simulation,which can be widely used for Raman spectroscopy in detection of dangerous goods logistics;finally,the design of a set of goods Dangerous Goods Logistics Based on X ray detection device and Raman spectrometer and PLC detection and sorting system.The system can automatically sorting out suspicious goods X ray cannot accurately detect and determine the non emergency handling of dangerous goods,the suspicious cargo two detection by Raman spectrometer,to identify suspicious goods composition,classification.Using electronic tags to effectively complete the communication between the detection system and PLC,improve the efficiency of dangerous goods sorting.The system includes detection part,identification part,sorting part,monitoring part and man-machine interface.With the Kingview software,the electronic tag reading and the automatic sorting system of dangerous articles are realized.The relative performance of the test system shows that the system has certain application value.
