As a kind of environmental friendly primary energy,natural gas is playing an increasingly important role in human production and life.Because the distance between natural producing area and using place is usually far,how to realize long-distance natural gas transportation is the premise of large-scale use of natural gas.In this paper,the SeNingLan natural gas pipeline and its tie line,LanYin line,a long-distance natural gas transmission pipeline,are studied.At present,the SeNingLan pipeline is composed of SeNingLan first line and SeNingLan multiple line.The two lines are connected in parallel,laid in parallel and Shared in the process station.The biggest feature of the SeNingLan natural gas pipeline is that the average elevation of the area it passes through is 3,000 meters,the highest is 3,760 meters,and the lowest is 1,670 meters.The pipe diameter of the first line and the second line is660 mm.Lan Yin line refers to the gas pipeline from LanZhou to YinChuan.The HeKou compressor station through the Lan Yin pipeline is connected to the SeNingLan pipeline,which can be complementary.In summer,natural gas from the QingHai gas field can be transported out of the LanYin pipeline estuary station,while in winter,when the natural gas from the QingHai gas field is not enough for the users along the SeNingLan pipeline,natural gas transported from the west to the east can be used to supply the SeNingLan pipeline via the LanYin pipeline estuary station.Because of acerbity SeNingLan points lose points along the pipeline is more dispersed,and lost points at different points in the fuel gas user gas properties of each are not identical,make acerbity SeNingLan gas pipeline design and actual operation ability have deviation,leading to a gas pipeline in the actual operation exposed some problems,such as summer,tube stock is bigger,the pipe pressure increase,and in the winter,acerbity SeNingLan along the user's gas demand is bigger,and the gas supply capacity and limited SeBei gas field,so from the mouth of stand to lose.That is,the seasonal contradiction between supply and demand.In addition,when the volume of SeNingLan gas pipeline is high,that is,between 14 million cubic meters per day and 16 million cubic meters per day,the energy consumption of the pipeline is high and the efficiency is low.By analyzing the actual operation of SeNingLan gas pipeline,the simulation software SPS9.5 was applied to establish a model of SeNingLan gas pipeline.The pipeline model is modeled according to the actual pipeline mileage and elevation,and the pipeline specification data is consistent with the actual data.Other base boundary conditions are evaluated empirically.The model established by the simulation software was used to calibrate the model with the operating parameters of the gas pipeline under the actual working conditions.The simulation results show that the calculated results based on the SPS simulation model are in good agreement with the actual data in the field.Therefore,the SeNingLan pipeline simulationmodel established by SPS9.5 has a good reliability.Later,the optimized operation analysis and accident condition study of SeNingLan pipeline are carried out by this model,so as to provide a foundation for the optimization scheme.Subsequently,according to the software simulation calculation,the operation scheme under different quantities was selected according to the lowest operation energy consumption,and 9 specific operation Suggestions and opinions were obtained.
