In China,the trunk gas pipeline has been about 55 000 kilometers long and carried more than 120 billioncubic meters of natural gas.Its power cost is enormous.Optimizing the operation of gas pipeline has significance for energy saving,consumptionand emission reducing.Knowing well the operation performance of centrifugal compressor is important to energy consumption of pipeline and has significance for guiding the manipulation at field and studying the mathematical model of pipeline operation optimization.This paper puts forward a new method to get compressor characteristic figure.This method is based on the field measurement of compressor import and export pressure,temperature,speed and flow rate value which can calculate the corresponding variable head-flow characteristic data.Because the changes of pressure head will affect the compressor power capability and the optimization scheme of pressure station.Therefore,the paper established the compressor performance prediction model which is based on the measured data.The model contains the data filtering,the measured scatter of least-square fitting,translation of the original curve,offset and rotation speed linear fitting.Data filtering can deletes the false data,,the least-square fitting of scattered data analyze the curve shape,original curve translation predicts the single speed under the actual condition,the linear fitting of characteristic curve of offset and rotation speed can get complete variable head-flow characteristic curve.In order to determine the compressor characteristic changes after the optimization,thedynamic programming model of pipeline is established,the model contains the compressor performance conversion,the fitting method of characteristic curve,the recursion method in the compressed air station,hydraulic and thermal calculation algorithm,the dynamic programming algorithm of pipeline operation optimization.By entering the pipeline in throughput,starting pressure and minimum pressure of the last station,each pressure boot stations and compressor rotate speed will be calculated,giving the minimum energy consumption values.The Browser/Server gas pipeline optimization software which is based on the measurement condition is developed in NetBeans 8.1 platform,using Java and Grails language,MySQL database,the Navicatdata management tools and Highchats atlas.The software contains "gas property calculation module","compressor characteristic curve drawing module" and "pipeline operation optimization module",which can output characteristic curve and pipeline specific optimization scheme.The software has the characteristics of simple operation and wide applicability.The compressor characteristic prediction method put forward in this paper can use the limited sample data to predict relatively complete compressor running features.Pipeline operation optimization of the dynamic programming model can get the optimal operation scheme and reach the purpose of saving energy consumption by the constraint condition of pipeline and the mathematical relationship between each parameter.
