In order to improve the quality of the package of the fiberglass cloth,solve the technical problems of the deformation of the cloth roll end,the slip between the cloth layers,the roll between the cloth roll and the drive roller during the winding forming process,and get the analytical calculation method for the mechanical behavior of the positive pressure,the friction force and the internal cloth tension of the cloth inside the fabric,form a design criteria,provide basis for structural design and operation process parameter setting of the winding equipment,conduct research on mechanical behavior during the winding process.Taking the fiberglass cloth as the object,study the variation law of positive pressure,surface friction and winding tension and the driving conditions of the driving roller and the cloth roll do not slip and the related influencing factors during the winding process driven by the surface friction.The research shows that during the winding process,the positive pressure,friction and winding tension of the fiberglass cloth roll have a minimum value,the static friction coefficient required to prevent slippage between the driving roller and the cloth roll,and the driving torque of the starting instantaneous reduction gear have a maximum value.Suggestions for the selection of the coating material on the surface of the driving roller,the control strategy of the driving torque of the motor and the fiberglass surface tension during the winding process are proposed.Taking the fiberglass cloth as the object,study the variation law and influence factors of cloth surface tension and interlayer pressure,driving conditions of driving roller and cloth roll without slipping and related influencing factors during winding process.Studies have shown that increasing the winding diameter,the cloth tension inside the cloth roll will decrease,and the interlayer pressure will increase,and the cloth roll slip probability will increase.When the taper tension is taken up,the distribution of the cloth tension is relatively uniform,and the package effect is good.Taking the fiberglass cloth as the object,study the conditions of stable winding,the distribution of the position of the cloth roll and the influencing factors.Studies have shown that when winding with constant tension,the coil diameter has a maximum value.The cloth roll slip position is located near the cloth core.And proposed measures to avoid the cloth roll slip.Targeting Matlab Gui software tools,designed a mechanical behavior analysis software for the process of winding the fiberglass fabric.It is used to calculate and display the change curve of cloth tension,interlayer pressure,winding tension and friction driving force intuitively and quickly.Taking the fiberglass cloth as the object,study the winding tension control scheme,the central driving torque control scheme,the pressure control scheme and the influencing factors which make the distribution of the cloth surface tension in the cloth roll uniform.Studies have shown that in order to ensure a constant cloth tension in the cloth roll,the winding tension and the center drive torque are also increased when the winding diameter is increased.The proposed winding tension and center drive torque control scheme is applied to the actual project for experimental verification.The experimental results show that the fiberglass cloth roll has good effect and no layer slippage,and the experimental results are in good agreement with the analysis results.
