Indoor activities occupy most of modern life,a healthy indoor environment is an important prerequisite for life.However,pollution gases such as formaldehyde and other volatile gases in furniture have seriously affected people's health.Photocatalysis,a high-efficiency,green and environmentally friendly way to remove formaldehyde,exploring its application in real life has become a hot topic in recent years.Curtains with large surface area and mature weaving process are ideal carriers for photocatalytic purification of indoor air.At present,there are many kinds of textiles with photocatalysis,and many new technologies and new processes are emerging.However,there are still many problems to be solved,such as the raw materials,the process flow and the practical application value of products.Therefore,it is of practical significance to investigate characteristics and properties of formaldehyde-removing curtain fabrics.This project designed the test device and method for the performance of formaldehyde removing textiles;through test and analysis of basic performance and functional,the appropriate yarn was selected as the warp and weft of the curtain fabric;used ultrasonic wave&pad-dry-cure photocatalytic finishing process to prepare curtain fabric.The feasibility of the composite photocatalytic finishing process was verified by XRD,UV-Vis,SEM and de-formaldehyde characterization tests;the photocatalytic activity of curtains was used as an indicator to optimize the preparation parameters of curtains by single factor analysis and orthogonal test;comparate and analyse the basic performance such as weight,thickness,tensile strength and durability of the drapability of curtain fabrics by composite photocatalytic finishing;the performance of de-formaldehyde,basic properties,drape and durability of curtain fabric as performance indicators,the comprehensive performance of curtains was analyzed and judged through the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for 10 different models.Through a series of experiments,analysis and research:1.The performance of removaling formaldehyde testing device and method designed by this subject have good accuracy,it provides guarantee for the actual reference of the experimental results.The terylene net-thread and the photocatalyst yarn are respectively selected as the warp and weft of the curtain fabric,and the fabrics which are interwoven by terylene net-thread and the photocatalyst yarn have good hydrophily and load capacity.The composite photocatalytic finishing process can uniformly and firmly load the modified nano TiO2 in the visible light catalytic finishing agent on the surface of the fabric,and increase the formaldehyde removal rate under visible light by three times.The combination of functional raw materials and photocatalytic finishing significantly improves the formaldehyde removal performance of curtain fabrics,and has practical feasibility.2.The high proportion of photocatalyst yarn and loose structure on the fabric surface is beneficial to the loading of nano-TiO2,improving the formaldehyde removal performance of the fabric.In the composite photocatalytic finishing process,the temperature and time of ultrasonic impregnation mainly affect the loading efficiency of nano-TiO2.The number of padding mainly affects the weight and particle size of the loaded nano-TiO2,the best is the two-dip and two-rolling.Through orthogonal test and range analysis,the degree of influence of pre-baking and heat setting factors:heat setting temperature>pre-baking temperature>pre-baking time>heat setting time,the best process parameters are pre-bake at 105 ? for 5 min,heat setting at 130? for 2 min,the curtain fabric prepared at this parameters has better visible light catalytic activity.3.The composite photocatalytic finishing process leads to an increase in the weight of the curtain fabric,a smaller dimensional Stability to Washing,and an increase in the wrinkle resistance,but the tensile strength is reduced and the drape is deteriorated.In general,the basic properties of curtain fabrics meet the needs of everyday use.After 10 times of repeated use,the formaldehyde removal rate of curtain fabrics decreased from 90.35%to 85%,and it still maintains a stable photocatalytic activity;after 48 hours of simulated sun exposure,the photocatalytic activity increased slightly;after 4 washes,the formaldehyde removal rate of curtain fabrics was 63.16%,so the formaldehyde curtain fabric has good durability.4.The analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the four factors of formaldehyde removaling performance,basic performance,drape performance and durability.The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of 10 kinds of curtain fabrics.The curtain which structure is 5/2 weft satin,the warp density is 320/10 cm,and the weft density is 280/10 cm after the composite photocatalytic finishing process,has the best comprehensive performance.In summary,the experimental research and data analysis of this subject provide a theoretical reference for the actual development and application of air purification textiles such as formaldehyde-removing curtains,which has practical guiding significance.
