At present,China's wood-based panel industry has gradually entered the stage of transformation,upgrading,and structural optimization.China is moving from a country with a large wood-based panel industry in the world to that with a strong wood-based panel industry in the world.This situation has promoted the reform and innovation of wood-based panel manufacturing equipment.The continuous press is the main equipment in the production of wood-based panels.The structural performance of the frame directly affects the production accuracy and service life of the continuous press,which in turn affects the performance and production costs of the wood-based panels.During the working process of the continuous press,the frame is subjected to complex alternating loads,and at the same time is affected by the heat effect transferred by the hot platen,resulting in a thermal mechanical coupling effect.By rationally designing the frame structure,determining the best structural parameters,and studying the influence patterns of the thermal-mechanical coupling effect on the frame strength and production accuracy of the continuous press,it is helpful to improve the reliability and service life of domestic continuous presses and improve the quality and output of domestic artificial board products.This paper has briefly analyzed and explained the main influencing factors of the continuous flat pressing hot pressing process,and determines the design parameters of the rack based on the highest pressure and temperature in the production process;comprehensively considering factors such as the structure type,structural strength and production accuracy of the rack,manufacturing costs,and difficulty degree of maintenance,etc.The overall structure of the movable frame of the continuous press has been designed.Based on the analysis of the temperature field of the continuous press,the heat transfer form of the continuous press and the calculation method of the temperature field have been analyzed,and the effects of heat conduction and heat convection have been comprehensively considered to determine the main reason and location of thermal deformation,a movable supporting structure of the rack that adapts to thermal expansion has been designed.The loading state of the movable frame has been calculate according to the pressure requirements of the continuous flat-press hot pressing method in the production of wood-based board,the frame structure has been simplified according to the material mechanics method,and the mechanical deformation model of the frame has been established;the deformation amount under load of the upper and lower beams of the frame have been calculated,the structural size of the beam has been determined according to the requirement of the maximum deformation of the beam in the geometric accuracy of the continuous press;the load deformation of the frame column has been analyzed,the structural size of the column has been determined according to the strength requirements of the column and the main cylinder;the detailed structure has been complete according to the structural size of each component design.A three-dimensional solid model of the movable frame has been established,the interference between various components has been checked,and a numerical simulation model of the thermal and mechanical coupling of the frame had been established.The temperature field and thermal stress distribution of the movable frame had been solved,the influence of the thermal effect on the strength of the frame structure had been analyzed;the combined effect of the thermal and mechanical coupling of the movable frame had been analyzed to verify the rationality of the size selection of the frame structure;compared with the static numerical simulation results of the frame,the effect of thermal-mechanical coupling effect on the strength of the frame structure and the production accuracy of the continuous press had been explored;comparison with the numerical simulation results of the thermal-mechanical coupling of the frame with fixed support structure,the effect of the movable support structure designed in this paper in the actual work process had been verified.
