As a key industry of National Environmental Protection,refining and chemical enterprises play an important role in realizing national environmental protection objectives.Thermal power plant is a large energy source and an important organized emission source for Petrochemical Company.Coal fired flue gas is the main source of nitrogen oxide and has a great impact on the ecological environment.The denitration technology with simple technology,low investment,low operation cost and good operation performance has become the research focus of controlling flue gas pollution in many countries.The article focuses on the formation of NO_Xprinciple,low NO_Xcombustion technology comparison,flue gas denitration technology comparison,denitration technology scheme analysis,low nitrogen combustion process equipment selection,boiler burner retrofit scheme,low nitrogen flue gas denitration process equipment solutions,SCR denitration device auxiliary system retrofit scheme,choice of filter technology,etc.In a petrochemical boiler,the original NO_Xemission concentration is designed according to 880 mg/NM~3,the NO_Xemission concentration after denitrification is required to be less than 100 mg/NM~3,and the single technology of low nitrogen combustion or flue gas denitrification can not meet the requirements of NO_Xemission The low NO_Xcombustion technology+SCR denitration technology will be adopted in this project.The concentration of flue dust from power plant can be lower than 30mg/NM~3by using bag filter,which meets the requirements of GB13223-2011.The application examples of the thermal power plant also prove the application prospect of the dust removal technology.Through selection.Bag Filter is used in this project.After the implementation of the project,the concentration of nitrogen oxide in the outlet flue gas of the boiler SCR is 46.93 mg/NM~3and 45.00 mg/NM~3in the outlet flue gas of the boiler measured at 400 t/h and 320 t/h of the test operating mode respectively,which meet the performance of less than 100 mg/NM~3The concentration of flue dust in the inlet flue gas of the dust collector is about 35.5 g/NM~3,and the concentration of flue dust in the outlet flue gas is less than 30 mg/Nm~3.Man Petrochemical Company's emission reduction requirements to achieve the strategic goal of sustainable development.At the same time,the pollution to the environment air is reduced,the quality of the Environment Air is improved,and the living standard of the surrounding residents is improved.
