According to the requirements of the state and local governments,in view of the existing flue gas emissions of a power plant can not meet the latest ultra net emission requirements,this study through the plant's flue gas purification facilities to transform,so that the flue gas nitrogen oxides,soot and sulphur dioxide emission concentrations are lower than 50mg/Nm3,10mg/Nm3,35mg/Nm3.The project and conclusion are as follows:?1?The renovation project is based on the existing flue gas purifying device of the power plant,and has some leeway in considering the actual operation condition.?2?In this project,the existing selective catalytic reduction?SCR?denitration process is still used to improve the denitrification efficiency by increasing the catalyst height,increasing the output of the urea hydrolysis reactor and increasing the injection amount of ammonia.?3?This flue gas dust removal Renovation program is in the use of existing horizontal double chamber six electrostatic precipitator,on the basis of electrostatic precipitator before adding a PM2.5 agglomeration system to improve the particle size of fine particles,to improve the electrostatic precipitator dust removal efficiency and the requirements of ultra net emissions.?4?The flue gas desulfurization retrofit plan still uses the wet desulfurization,by adding one absorber tower,uses the twin tower double circulation method to raise the desulfurization efficiency to achieve the ultra net discharge request.Through the flue gas Ultra clean reconstruction project,the NOx,soot and sulphur dioxide emission concentrations of the pollutants in flue gas are2540mg/Nm3,14mg/Nm3 and 620mg/Nm3 respectively,which can meet the requirements of ultra-low emission in the comprehensive implementation of the project of ultra-low emission and energy-saving retrofit of coal-fired power plants.
