Cybister japonicus Sharp is not only a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,it is also sought after by the Chinese as a new type of food.As part of the aquatic food chain,Cybister japonicus Sharp is highly prone to mercury in water. How to remove the mercury poison of Cybister japonicus Sharp has become the focus of this research. The contents of this experimental study and the main results are as follows:?1?Analysis of correlation between selenium and mercury in edible insectsThe materials used in this study are common edible insects in Yunnan Province. The contents of selenium and mercury in these insects were measured by ICP-MS and their characteristics in different habitats and feeding insects were analyzed. The main results are as follows:The mercury content of aquatic insects is much higher than that of terrestrial insects, and the selenium content of aquatic insects is much higher than that of terrestrial insects;the mercury content of carnivorous insects is much higher than that of other feeding insects;there is a strong linear correlation between the selenium and mercury content of aquatic insects?R2=0.8241?,but there is no linear correlation between them in terrestrial insects?R2=0.0008?.?2?Domestic Cybister japonicus Sharp mercury content detectionThe materials used in this study were wild Cybister japonicus Sharp, purchased from ten cities such as Chengdu. The samples were divided into two groups:the whole group and the visceral removal group. The mercury content was measured by ICP-MS method, and the food safety of Cybister japonicus Sharp from different habitats in China was analyzed. The results are as follows:Overall, the wild Cybister japonicus Sharp mercury concentration test in most parts of the country is in line with national standards, but the wild Cybister japonicus Sharp from Chengdu,Sichuan reached 0.784 mg/kg,exceeding the national mercury for aquatic animals and their products.Limited index?<0.5mg/kg?.After removing the head and internal organs of Cybister japonicus Sharp, the mercury content in the body was greatly reduced.?3?Detection of enrichment ability of dissolved mercury by Cybister japonicus SharpThe materials used in this study were purchased from wild Cybister japonicus Sharp in Chagan Lake wetland,Jilin Province.Firstly, the semilethal concentrations of Cybister japonicus Sharp in Hg Cl2solution for 24,48,72 and 96 hours were obtained, and the safe concentration range of mercury was obtained. The concentration gradients?5 mg/L,10 mg/L,15 mg/L,20 mg/L,25 mg/L?of mercury were detected by ICP-MS.The concentration coefficient of dissolved mercury by Cybister japonicus Sharp was calculated. The results are as follows:The semi-lethal concentration of Cybister japonicus Sharp was 24h:1083.96 mg/L,48h:873.08 mg/L,72h:672.32 mg/L and 96h:437.39 mg/L,respectively.The safe concentration range was less than 43.74 mg/L.The concentration coefficients of dissolved mercury by Cybister japonicus Sharp were 5 mg/L:76.857;10 mg/L:85.857;15 mg/L:94.285;20 mg/L:107.286;25 mg/L:142.143,respectively.?4?Cybister japonicus Sharp discharge of mercuryThe materials used in this study were mercury-enriched Cybister japonicus Sharp at 5concentration gradients?5mg/L,10mg/L,15mg/L,20mg/L,25mg/L?.DMPS and sodium selenite were used as mercury-removing drugs to test their mercury-removing effect in Cybister japonicus Sharp, and natural mercury-removing effect in deionized water was taken as the control group. The sodium mercaptopropane sulfonate and sodium selenite were used as mercury-extracting drugs to detect the mercury excretion effect in Cybister japonicus Sharp, and the natural mercury in the purified water was used as the control group. The experimental results show that the effect of natural mercury excretion in the purified water is the worst, followed by DMPS.The fastest effect of mercury removal is sodium selenite. The 25mg/L enriched Cybister japonicus Sharp has a mercury removal rate of 60.03%in water,66.28%in DMPS,and 71.61%in sodium selenite. The half-life in Cybister japonicus Sharp is approximately 10 days?9.77 days?.According to the calculation of the discharge rate, when the mercury concentration is 37.682 mg/L and the selenium concentration is 20 mg/L,the effect of mercury discharge is the fastest, and the total amount of mercury discharge can be56%in the first week.At this time, the ratio of selenium to mercury is close to 1:2.This data can provide reference for controlling and reducing the mercury content of aquatic organisms in natural waters with excessive mercury.
