Natural gas and oil occupy an important position in my country's energy consumption structure and pipeline transportation is the most important method of oil and gas resource transportation.This paper aims at small-diameter pipelines with magnetic flux leakage testing as the basic method,studies the circuit of magnetic flux leakage testing and control part of the inner wall of small-diameter pipelines,completes the finite element analysis of defect magnetic leakage field,and realizes the manufacture of experimental prototype and the construction and testing of experimental system from detection to storage.In this paper,the magnetic flux leakage defect detection and control circuit based on the inner wall of the small-diameter pipeline is researched.The related work and progress achieved are as follows:1.In the context of actual engineering project application,combined with the project requirements,the implementation route of defect magnetic flux leakage detection for small-diameter pipelines is designed in this paper,and the specific schemes of each part of the functional modules is clarified.2.The magnetic flux leakage testing theory of pipeline excitation is studied,and the finite element magnetic field simulation analysis is used to study the structural characteristics of the magnetization device and the influence of the size characteristics of the defects on the leakage magnetic field.The principle of magnetic flux leakage detection for pipeline defects is verified,which provides reference data for the construction of the subsequent experimental testing system.3.According to the simulation results of magnetic field,Solidworks is used to design the structure of exciter in magnetic flux leakage testing,and the experimental test system is built after 3D printing.The experimental test is carried out,and the test data is analyzed by Matlab.4.The hardware circuit and embedded software programming of the single-probe magnetic flux leakage detection and mileage wheel detection functional modules are studied,the schematic diagram and PCB design are completed,the circuit module with magnetic flux leakage detection capability is realized,and the prototype production is completed.5.The design and debugging of the hardware circuit in the control module are completed,the CAN bus communication with the detection module and the uninterrupted cache of large-capacity detection data are realized,the embedded work of the system is realized,and the prototype production is completed.6.In the actual detection process,both spiral detection and array detection have detection gaps.Therefore,a magnetic flux leakage detection method based on compressed sensing is proposed.This method can achieve full coverage detection and provide a new idea for the optimization of future solutions.
