Water distributor is one of the key equipment of layered water injection, which is mainly used to distribute the injected water with different pressure and flow to different layers.Under the action of the bad underground environment, the parts of the water distributor will produce defects of different degrees, which will increase the local stress of the water distributor, shorten its service life and affect its reuse. The research on the re service strength of the water distributor with corrosion defects can provide a reference for the research on the remaining life of the water distributor, which is of great significance for guiding the reuse of the water distributor in the oil field and improving the operation safety. In this paper, the bridge eccentric water distributor is taken as the research object, and the corrosion type and failure mechanism are obtained through the analysis of macro morphology and corrosion products.Through the reverse modeling method, quantitative detection and analysis are carried out on the connector sleeve of the water distributor with serious corrosion, and the morphology and geometric size of the connector sleeve corrosion defects are obtained. The statistical analysis of the defects is carried out,and the distribution law of the corrosion defect characteristics is obtained.Combined with the actual conditions of injection well in an oil production plant of Daqing O ilfield, the load of water distributor under different conditions is analyzed.Through the establishment of the finite element analysis model, the mechanical behavior of the connector and the connecting sleeve of the water distributor under different working conditions is analyzed by the finite element method, and the stress and deformation of the connector and the connecting sleeve under different working conditions are obtained.According to the structure of the joint sleeve and the finite element analysis, the change rule of the strength of the joint and the joint sleeve with different corrosion defects under different working conditions is obtained.Under the condition of setting seal, the influence of the size of defects at different positions from the end face of the joint sleeve on the strength of the joint sleeve is studied. The critical size value of the corrosion defects when the joint sleeve fails at different positions is obtained, and the maximum distance of the interaction between the corrosion defects is determined. The maximum error between the experimental results and t he finite element simulation results is 15.7%,which verifies the reliability of the numerical simulation results.
