At present,the plastics industry is developing faster and faster,and the amount of various additives for plastic raw materials is increasing.As the most used component of all additives,plasticizers have been widely studied.However,most of the plastic products currently use dioctyl phthalate organic small molecule plasticizers.Although such small molecule plasticizers have high plasticizing efficiency,there are many problems,such as the large amount of DOP,There are problems such as easy migration,solvent resistance,etc.,and its potential carcinogenicity to the human body.Therefore,it has become a research hotspot to replace the green environmentally friendly polyester plasticizers of dioctyl phthalate.In this paper,1,2-propanediol,neopentyl glycol and adipic acid are used as raw materials,and high molecular weight and low viscosity plasticizers are synthesized by melt polymerization.The reaction temperature,alkyd ratio,reaction time,catalyst,and vacuum are studied by single-factor optimization.The effect of the degree of reaction on the reaction is obtained.The optimal synthesis conditions for this polyester plasticizer are: reaction temperature 230 ?,molar ratio of alkyd to 1.3,appropriate amount of catalyst,molar ratio of capping agent to acid of 0.4:1,reaction The time should be controlled at 13 h.The process conditions for synthesizing low-color polyester polyols are: reaction temperature of 230 ?,molar ratio of alkyd to 1.3,appropriate amount of catalyst,molar ratio of capping agent to acid of 0.4:1,and antioxidants using 168 and 1010 compound(Mass ratio 1: 1),the reaction time should be controlled at 13 h,to ensure that the equipment has a good seal.The synthetic polyester plasticizer and PVC were made into a composite material.Through tensile test,rheological test,thermal stability test,DSC,migration resistance test and scanning electron microscope test analysis,the research of poly1,2-propylene glycol neopentyl Diethylene glycol adipate(abbreviated as PG-AA-NPG),phthalate(abbreviated as DOP),and commercially available polyester plasticizer(abbreviated as A).:Plasticizing effect: When the addition amount of PG-AA-NPG is 70 phr,the comprehensive performance of PVC/PG-AA-NPG is the best.Tensile strength PVC/A(18 MPa)>PVC/PG-AA-NPG(16 MPa)>PVC/DOP(9 MPa),elongation at break PVC/DOP(786%)>PVC/PG-AA-NPG(663%)>PVC/A(621%),storage modulus PVC/DOP>PVC/PG-AA-NPG>PVC/A glass transition temperature: PVC/A(-27.81 ?)>PVC/PG-AA-NPG(-27.83 ?)>PVC/DOP(-30.51 ?),which shows the plasticizing effect PG-AA-NPG?DOP>A.Thermal stability: The temperature at which PVC/PG-AA-NPG decomposes for the first time is 305.331 ? through thermogravimetric test,which is much higher than the decomposition temperature of pure PVC.The mass loss rate of the first decomposition is PVC/PG-AA-NPG(72%)<PVC/A(75.83%)<PVC/DOP(75.94%),which shows that PG-AA-NPG can improve the thermal propert ies of PVC,and the effect is better than DOP and A.Migration resistance: The mass loss rate of the composite material in the volatility experiment is PVC/DOP(14%)>PVCA(6%)>PVC/PG-AA-NPG(1%),and the mass loss rate in the extraction experiment is PVC/DOP(32%)>PVC/A(13%)>PVC/PG-AA-NPG(9%),which shows the migration resistance of plasticizer:PG-AA-NPG>A>DOP.Compatibility: Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe that among three PVC/PG-AA-NPG,PVC/DOP and PVC/A PVC composite materials,the microscopic appearance of PVC/PG-AA-NPG is the smoothest,with the fewest particles.Among the plasticizers,PG-AA-NPG has the best compatibility with PVC.
