Research And Application Of Early Warning Of Dairy Products Cold Chain Logistics Based On RFID And WSN Fusion

In recent years,with the improvement of the national economic level,people pay more and more attention to the nutrition and health of food,and the demand for dairy products also grows day by day,from quantity to quality.Because dairy products are fresh and perishable,the cold chain logistics technology is adopted to transport the industrial chain of dairy products,so as to guarantee the quality and safety of dairy products.Based on the research of RFID and WSN,this paper USES the related technologies of the Internet of things to build an early warning system for dairy products cold chain logistics,so as to carry out pre-warning and post-tracking,so as to ensure the safety of dairy products.HACCP hazard control system was used to construct the risk index of dairy products,and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the index weight.Finally,the optimized SVM model is used to train the prediction results,and the optimized algorithm improves the prediction accuracy and has strong generalization ability.The details are as follows:1.The HACCP hazard control system was used to establish the risk control index of dairy products,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of the risk control index system of dairy products,and the pre-warning index system of dairy products cold chain logistics was established.2.Using genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of the support vector machine(SVM)model to do prediction analysis,and the final analysis it is concluded that the early warning result and prediction of BP neural network algorithm,the default parameters of support vector machine(SVM)algorithm respectively compared known genetic algorithm optimization of support vector machine(SVM)model prediction accuracy is high,proves the reliability of the prediction method used and advantage.3.Based on related technologies of the Internet of things,such as RFID,WSN,GPS,etc.,a dairy cold chain logistics early warning system is designed.The hardware module USES the embedded development technology to complete the data acquisition in the monitoring process.The software module USES the SSM framework of Java Web technology to develop the dairy products cold chain logistics early warning system,and combines the SVM algorithm with the system to realize the traceability of the dairy products cold chain logistics information and the early warning information query.
