Since the 21st century, remarkable breakthroughs have been made in the development and utilization of new energy sources in our country.Waste conversion into derivative fuel oil has become one of the key technologies with great the potential of development. Its development and research have attracted worldwide attention. In this paper, through the method of basic experiment, taking the municipal solid waste as the object of treatment, the method of adjusting the H2/CO ratio in syngas is discussed through the gasification-upgrading experiment and the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis experiment. The feasibility of converting synthesis gas to derivative fuel oil was experimentally verifiedby Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. In this paper,RDF(Refused Derived Fuel)and simulated syngas(hydrogen:27.9%,carbon monoxide:15.0%,carbon dioxide:13.0%,methane:4.0%,n-butane:2.0%,nitrogen:38.1%)were used as raw materials.A variety of nickel-based catalysts were prepared by the use of impregnation and coprecipitation method. On this basis, the temperature, water vapor dosage, injection point, and catalyst deployment were discussed for the effect of gasification and upgrading experiment reaction. In this paper,Fischer-Tropsch synthesis experiment was carried out using four kinds of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalysts autoconfigured. The feasibility of synthesizing liquid derived fuel from gasification of syngas by waste gas was experimentally verified. And on the premise of optimizing the catalyst, the impact of factors was carefully analyzed. The results show that high temperature and reasonable steam dosing contribute to the production of hydrogen-rich syngas. When the gasification temperature is 850 ? and the steam intake rate is 10 mL/min,the concentration of H2 can be obtained from the refuse when the nickel-based catalyst prepared by the impregnation and the coprecipitation method, and the concentration of H2 is 34.79%and H2/CO ratio of 2.18 syngas.Using the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, the liquid-derived fuels similar to the industrial diesel components can be obtained by using the gas from the classic garbage gasificationsyngas. The Co-based catalyst with 5%copper promoter added in the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process has the highest catalytic performance The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction can be initiated under relatively mild conditions(220?,1.5 MPa).
