Grain sampler is a special equipment designed and manufactured for automatic sampling of packaging grain and bulk grain transported by uncovered vehicles,which takes sample with grain suction probe.The purpose is to test the randomly sampled grain before it is put into storage,to verify whether the sample meet the national grain standards by testing the impurity content,moisture content and bulk density of the sample.Aiming at addressing the problems of blind spots in the sampling range,low sampling efficiency and easy blockage of the sampling probe of the existing fixed grain sampler,an electric double-probe grain sampler has been designed and developed.The specific research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)In this study,a sampling torque information acquisition testbed is designed and built for simulating sampling conditions.The relationship between sampling torque and sampling depth is obtained through experiments.When the sampling depth reaches the maximum depth of 2.7 m of carriages on the market,the output torque value of the speed reducer is M.This value is adopted as the basis for selecting the power of the speed reducer,as well as the design data of the control program for the rebound device of sampling probe when touching bottom.(2)A prototype of electric double-probe grain sampler is developed.According to the market demand,and basing on the previous structural design requirements and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of the electric double-probe grain sampler,and completes the design of the overall structure and key components of the electric double-probe grain sampler.The three-dimensional model of the sampler is established with Solid Works software while the static analysis of the rotating arm of the sampler is carried out with ANSYS Workbench software.Finally,the development of the prototype of the electric double-probe grain sampler has been completed by combining theoretical design and three-dimensional modeling.(3)Based on the simulation model,this paper studied the influence of grain outlet curvature,grain inlet shape and parameters on the performance of the sampling probe.The conclusion is that the most suitable curvature for grain escaping from outlet is 90 degrees,and the grain inlet shape with higher sampling efficiency is half waist hole,with size parameters x=19 mm and y=9 mm.(4)According to sampling test,the prototype proves to be stable structure and meets the design requirements.The sampling efficiency is increased by more than 40% compared with the hydraulic single-probe sampler,and more than 80% compared with the manual sampling.It can perform non-moving sampling for grain trucks with a carriage length of less than 13 m.At the same time,the grain samples prove to be representative.
