Polymer-based flexible electrodes have begun to emerge in the fields of flexible displays,sensors,and implantable medical devices.It has become an important scientific research goal to prepare polymer-based flexible electrodes with excellent properties.Nowadays,the preparation method of polymer active flexible electrode is to use solution blending method,melt blending method,in-situ polymerization method to prepare polymer matrix composite material,and then use self-assembly method to obtain conductive network,although the traditional method is more Extensive,but there are shortcomings such as long preparation cycle and unstable conductivity.This paper proposes a new method for preparing polymer-based flexible electrodes based on the formation of a conductive network and then compounding the polymer matrix with a conductive filler-the ultrasonic forced infiltration method,which uses plastic welding The high-frequency,high-power ultrasonic source of the equipment is oscillated,and the polymer is gradually infiltrated into the carbon nanopapers(CNPs)obtained by vacuum suction filtration through the energy transfer of ultrasonic waves to prepare highly conductive flexible electrodes.The content is divided into the following aspects:1.Build the experimental platform of ultrasonic forced infiltration method.2.The CNTs/PDMS flexible electrode material and the CNTs/PDMS flexible electrode materials were prepared by using the ultrasonic forced infiltration method using polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and polyurethane(PU)as the matrix and carbon nanotubes(Carbon Nanotubes,CNTs)as the conductive filler.CNTs/PU flexible electrode materials,and the performance of five different ultrasonic treatment time samples were compared,and the best time parameters were obtained.Under the ultrasonic treatment time of 3 s,the electrical conductivity of the CNTs/PU flexible electrode material was 306.2 S/m,the thermal conductivity was 6.316 W/(m·K),and the elongation at break reached 115.7%.The results of this experiment prove the innovation and feasibility of using ultrasonic forced infiltration to prepare polymer-based flexible electrodes.3.The ultrasonic forced infiltration method is used to composite the PTFE deposited CNTs filter membrane with liquid PDMS,and the surface of the film with PTFE is bonded together,heated and cured,and a dielectric elastomer driver is prepared.Using ultrasonic forced infiltration to prepare CNTs/PDMS flexible electrode materials,scrape a layer of liquid PDMS film on the surface with a scraper,and finally cover the electrode with the surface to form a dielectric elastomer of electrode-PDMS-electrode three-layer structure driver.High-voltage driving is performed under two kinds of dielectric elastomer drives,and comparison is made.
