Industry,as the main contribution to the urban economic growth,has also assumed the heavy pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction.In this paper,Vensim is used as a platform to study the steelmaking industry.The influence of population,economy,policy,heating and industrial electricity demand on the supply of crude steel and the utilization of waste heat resources is analyzed.A digital prediction model of "steelmaking-waste heat" is established,and the main factors affecting the utilization of waste heat resources are analyzed.At the same time,based on the historical data of 2011-2018,the crude steel supply,crude steel consumption and waste heat resource utilization in 2019-2030 are predicted,and the feasibility of the model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the historical data.The results show that crude steel supply,crude steel consumption and waste heat resource utilization still keep increasing trend in the simulated time range.By 2030,crude steel supply and crude steel consumption reached 1,862,966,000 tons and 1,787,240,000 tons,with an average annual growth rate of 5.6%and 5.3%.Correspondingly,the utilization of waste heat resources reached 545,991,000 gigacoke,with an average annual growth rate of 6.8%,and a favorable waste heat resource.Increasing consumption rate and increasing proportion are important sources of energy saving in steel-making industry.In the period of 2011-2030,the intensity of scientific research input policy and environmental protection policy parameters were set as sensitive factors,and the range of increase and decrease was 40%.Compared with the simulation results of benchmark operating conditions,the sensitivity of influencing factors'intensity of scientific research input policy was higher than that of environmental protection policy.According to the results of simulation analysis,the combination scenario of research input intensity and environmental protection policy is set.The results show that increasing research input intensity policy and properly cooperating with national environmental protection policy can effectively improve the utilization of waste heat resources,which is the best way to improve the utilization of waste heat resources in iron and steel industry.At the same time,the dual purpose of energy saving,emission reduction and economic growth can be realized.
