Research Of Chinese Construction Waste Resource Utilization And Recommendations

In recent years, Chinese rapid economic development, large-scale modernization brought the booming construction industry. With large-scale infrastructure construction and increasing urbanization process, the construction waste production associated more and more. The total amount of solid waste of the city is already in the forefront of the world’s high-yield, according to estimates, the country in recent years, the construction waste generated at about 1.3 billion tons per year, and showed an increasing trend year by year. Such a large production of construction waste on the environment and economic benefits constitute a grave threat. Therefore, vigorously promote the utilization of construction waste is an inevitable requirement and the main trend of the strategy of sustainable development, but also be the most effective way to solve the most fundamental problem of constructive project waste.In this paper, through the study of recent construction waste generation estimation model, learn from foreign countries advanced management mode and production processes, investigation and analysis of urban domestic resource utilization of construction waste disposal and management of the status quo. The amount of waste generated in the grasp of our architecture, based on analysis of construction waste resource utilization and economic environment, analyzes the international status of the domestic policy, domestic construction waste industry status, meanwhile, for the utilization of construction waste problem in the industry, proposed to improve Chinese laws and regulations, the preparation of resource disposal standards, strengthen planning guidance, standardized management and disposal procedures, policy recommendations and improve supervision and evaluation mechanism, and promote recycling of construction waste industrial development, incentives and other management proposals for our construction waste recycling industry healthy and orderly development and government to promote the utilization of construction waste industry to develop reasonable and effective management of policy recommendations, and hope enterprises, research institutions, the public’s attention and the development of construction waste resource utilization industry.
