Slow and controlled release fertilizer can effectively promote the absorption of nutrients in crops and increase crop yield,meanwhile,it also can improve fertilizer utilization and reduce environmental pollution.This article uses a polymer material developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences to combine with urine to form a kind of unique built-in slow and controlled release of largegranular urea.However,due to the material is solid and insoluble in water,it become a key issue in industrialization about the choice of adding method,the impact on the device and the long-term operation of the equipment.The main contents of this topic are as follows:(1)Through trying various adding ways to choose raw material,the appropriate addition method can be finally determined.according to the influence of a series of changes of operation conditions on the results after the material is added,confirm the best operation conditions of the device after the material is added.(2)According to the influence of material addition on the original device,the in-depth simulation analysis is carried out,including the modeling analysis of the prilling nozzle.Through the analysis of the flow field of the nozzle,the reason for the shorter service life of the urea prilling nozzle is found.Through the modeling analysis of the scrubber,the flow field distribution of the dust-containing gas in the scrubber is analyzed,and finally the problem of liquid in the scrubber is solved,ensure that based on the optimization and improvement of the relevant patented equipment,a new dust recovery method in the large particle urea industry is explored;(3)Through the research contents of new equipment selection and calculation,the design and application design of industrial devices were carried out,including the selection of urine concentration,product quality control,and the tackling of vulnerable parts.Finally,a complete set of technology was established,which made the industrialization of slow controlled release large particle urea products put into production smoothly.
