As one of the major countries in the production and use of plastics,80% of engineering plastics are processed by injection molding.In the process of using an injection molding machine to produce the products,the process parameters of the products and the processing data in the process directly reflect the quality of the plastics.Real-time detection and processing of production data not only helps to improve product quality and reduce product defect rate,but also can prevent mold damage and extend the service life of injection molding machines.Most of the workshops have dozens or even hundreds of injection molding machines of different brands,and most of the injection molding machines themselves do not have network interfaces,so they cannot be networked.The traditional manual inspection has a lot of tasks and a lot of work pressure.Besides,it can not achieve real-time detection and alarm,so the inspection effect is not good.The traditional centralized local management software is restricted by hardware conditions and has poor expandability.It is not possible to check the status of the injection molding machine anytime and anywhere.In addition,the later upgrade and maintenance costs are high.This paper studies and designs a set of solutions that use NB-IoT technology to combine real-time detection of key parameters in the production of injection molding machines with cloud servers to achieve cloud detection of injection molding machines.The solution is based on B/S(Browser/Server).It proposes a design model of cloud detection system for key parameters of injection molding machine including terminal layer,network layer,data layer and application layer.The system design terminal detection instrument and parameter data analysis management software.It realizes cloud management and cloud database storage of key data such as clamping force parameters and cylinder temperature parameters of injection molding machines,furthermore,developed a We Chat applet for viewing the testing of injection molding machine parameters.In this paper,based on the analysis of the application environment of the injection molding machine detection system,the system network design is based on the NB-IoT that can implement the self-organizing network to avoid the design of the intermediate gateway.The terminal detector takes the GD32F450 microcontroller as the core,collects and measures the key parameters of the injection molding machine,and uses NB-IoT to send the measurement data to the cloud server.The data analysis and management software,as a cloud server-side software,regularly collects the measurement data of the terminal detector and stores the data in the cloud database to realize the cloud detection and management of the key data of the injection molding machine.After testing,the system can fully realize the key parameter detection and alarm function during the operation of the injection molding machine,the cloud database management function of the system data,and provide visual application layer software to view the detection status in real time.This system can help users efficiently complete the centralized testing of injection molding machine parameter data,reduce the defective rate of injection products,extend the service life of machines and molds,and improve the digital management level of injection molding workshops.
