With the rapid development of the injection molding industry,injection molding products are particularly important in more and more industries,such as automobiles,electronic products,daily necessities,aerospace,etc.Due to their advantages of light weight,corrosion resistance,durability,etc.Gradually become a new favorite in all walks of life.There are many influencing factors in the production process of injection molding products,such as raw material performance,machine control accuracy,external environmental factors,etc.,so that the resulting products cannot meet the demand.Nowadays,there are quite mature countermeasures for product defects,but the product quality has low repeat accuracy,However,there is no mature strategy for the optimization of product quality repeat accuracy.In order to solve the problem of poor quality stability of injection molded products,this topic proposes a method for improving the quality stability of products by combining the relationship between cavity pressure and various process parameters.The cavity pressure curve serves as a"fingerprint" in the injection molding process and provides a reliable basis for product quality stability.By systematically analyzing the conservation principle of polymer momentum and its filling flow stability,it adopts the method of real-time adjustment of process variables and staged injection to effectively improve the product quality stability.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Explore the relationship between the integral value of the cavity pressure curve and each process parameter,form a scientific parameter adjustment method,and effectively improve the product quality repeat accuracy.The experiment proves that the integral value of the cavity pressure curve has a linear relationship with the holding pressure time,holding pressure and V/P turning point.The integral value of the cavity pressure curve can also be used as an important indicator of product quality,providing a reliable basis for improving the production stability of the product.(2)Combining the principle of conservation of momentum with the cavity pressure in high poly logistics variology,a method for real-time control of the pressure transfer point and holding pressure is formed to improve product quality stability.By comparing the actual value with the theoretical value,it is verified that this method can be used to overcome the effect of melt viscosity change on product quality stability.(3)By exploring the relationship between the mold cavity geometry and the cavity pressure curve,a specific strategy for graded injection is obtained,which improves the melt filling stability.Through simulation analysis,it is revealed that the change of the melt filling rate is linearly related to the change of the cross-sectional area of the cavity.The grading injection speed set by this can significantly improve the product quality repeat rate.
