As a kind of rod products,the rock bolt steels is mainly used for reinforcement of large-scale construction geotechnical engineering such as support of high-speed rails,highways,dams and so on in coal and iron ore.With the development of technology popularization,its application is more and more extensive.The rock bolt steels is still using their own standards of enterprises,from the external shape of two main types:right-handed and left-handed;as with the performance of the rebar,it is divided into three levels:MG335MPa,MG400MPa and MG500MPa.The transverse ribs of conventional rock bolt steels which is large in bottom width size and wide spacing can not meet the complex geological conditions and the use of deep mine requirements.This article describes the rock bolt steels is a patented product for a company in the United States,the width and spacing of the transverse ribs are small and the dimensions of the bolt are high.And the high degree of transverse rib is required,and the horizontal and transverse rib in industrial production is higher than the other.?24mm specifications of high strength rock bolt steels is mainly used in deep geological conditions of deep mine,the transverse ribs close,the anchoring force is strong,and require has a very high impact resistant ability.The research and development of this product needs to focus on the improvement and optimization of the design and production system related equipment.In this paper,finite element software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the multi-stand anchor steel rolling process.Through the experiment of numerical simulation for different pass deformation analysis,it provide support to pass parameter design,aimed at the production workshop equipment at the same time the corresponding reform and optimization,achieve the smooth production of the products.The research of this dissertation also provides reference for the subsequent development of other specifications of rock bolt steels of Lai Steel.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The finite element method was used to simulate the three-dimensional rolling process of ?24mm thin fine-tooth rock bolt steels.The flow pattern of the metal with different hole sizes and parameters was obtained.The optimum design of the auxiliary hole pattern was achieved to meet the requirement of high-precision size.(2)According to the problems encountered in the production of fine-pitch rock bolt steels with ?24mm specification,the design of high-precision product hole-type system is made according to the current technology,equipment status and simulation results of the small-scale wire rod factory in Laiwu Steel.To determine the process parameters of different pass and preparation of rolling rules,we finally realizes the high precision rolling and improves the level of product size control.(3)Through the induction and statistics of the existing process and equipment situation and water supply system,the requirements of the steel production process of the checking of fine teeth bolt steel on the roll,rolling mill,transmission shaft,speed reducer and motor power capacity are required,and the feasibility evaluation of the smooth production of the fine teeth bolt steel is realized,and the production process plan of the product is developed,and the production process is carried out.
