GO has a excellent electron transport performance after reduction.When GO is combined with a metal material,GO has a good performance on reducing the band gap of metal oxides,preventing the recombination of electron-hole pairs and preventing reunion of metal nanoparticles.Nano-Cu2O has the advantages of low cost,antibacterial,UV protection and photocatalysis.To make functional fabric,the composite material of GO and Cu2O will be applied.In order to improve the antibacterial and self-cleaning properties of cotton fabrics,this paper prepared Cu2O/RGO composite cotton fabric.Which will improve the antibacterial and long-term effect and the sunlight utilization of nano-Cu2O particles.This will expand the application of Cu2O/RGO composites in the field of medical textiles.In this paper,GO was prepared by improving Hummers method firstly.Then,using GO as matrix,Cu2O/RGO composite material was obtained by ascorbic acid reduction method.The preparation process of Cu2O/RGO composite material was explored from the four factors,including reduction temperature,reduction time,etc.When reaction temperature was 25?,reduction time was 90min,N(CuSO4):N(NaOH)=1:4,N(CuSO4:):N(ASA)=1:1,the best Cu2O/RGO was obtained.XRD analysis shows that under this condition,nano Cu2O particles with small particle size and high purity can be obtained.Then Cu2O/RGO composite cotton fabric was prepared by in-situ method,and the properties of the fabric were characterized and analyzed by various means such as SEM,XRD and FTIR.The effect of finishing technology on the antibacterial performance of GO cotton fabric and Cu2O/RGO composite cotton fabric was discussed.The experimental results show that,the maximum antibacterial rate of GO cotton fabric can reach 60%.In addition,the bacteriostatic rate was 99%for Cu2O/RGO composite cotton fabric.After 10 washings,the bacteriostatic rate can still be kept above 95%.Finally,the paper also analyzed the photocatalytic performance,anti-ultraviolet performance and friction fastness of the composite fabric.After the best process finishing,the average UPF value of Cu2O/RGO composite cotton fabric reached 210.74,which has excellent UV protective performance.As a result,the combination of Cu2O and GO can promote the effective separation of photo-generated electrons-holes and increase the photocatalytic efficiency of the composite.As a result,that under visible light,the degradation rate of the fabric to methylene blue reaches 92%under visible light.And there was a relatively small change in the strength and breathability of the fabric.In summary,this article prepared a functional Cu2O/RGO composite fabric,the fabric has excellent self-cleaning performance,antibacterial performance,UV protective and durability.Which is used in textile fabrics,especially medical textiles such as medical curtains and other fields provide huge advantages.
