Hastelloy c-276 nickel-based alloy is a ni-mo-cr series nickel-based corrosion and high-temperature alloy,which is widely used in nuclear power,chemical industry and other fields.At present,the research on Hastelloy c-276 nickel-based alloy has made great progress,but the research on its cold forming property is less.The variation of its cold deformation microstructure and properties not only has great theoretical and engineering significance for some applications,especially for plate forming process,but also has great application value for the evaluation of local deformation in service equipmentIn this paper,the microstructure evolution characteristics and mechanical properties of Hastelloy c-276 nickel-based alloy in cold deformation were systematically studied,hoping to provide theoretical and experimental data basis for the formulation of cold deformation process of the alloy plate.The mechanical properties of the alloy at different strain rates indicate that the alloy has low strain rate sensitivity in the range of 0.5mm/min to 10mm/minIn service equipment,the deformation is often large in micro part due to the use environment and residual stress caused by the structure.The prediction of micro local deformation opens up a new idea for failure prevention in industrial applications.In this paper,the small punching test technology has the characteristics of small sampling and almost lossless,to establish the corresponding relationship between the application of the small punching test and the unidirectional tensile property of the material,to explore the relationship between the small punching test and the unidirectional tensile property of Hastelloy c-276 nickel-based alloy,and to provide basic data for the evaluation of the in-service property of the material.The correlation equation between the load displacement curve of small punching test in Hastelloy c-276 alloy and the mechanical properties obtained from uniaxial tensile test was established.The study of mechanical properties of c-276 nickel-based alloy under different deformation conditions by small impact test shows that with the increase of pre-deformation,the yield strength increases,the elongation decreases and it is ductile fracture.The establishment of Hastelloy c-276 nickel base alloy deformation prediction model based on BP neural network model provides a feasible method for in-service equipment detection.
