With the development of high-speed and automation of marine machinery and equipment,the number of high-power machinery is increasing,and the vibration,noise and fatigue failure problems are becoming more and more serious.A large number of researches have been carried out on the application of polymer damping materials in China,but the research on the damping mechanism of polymer materials,especially the microscopic damping mechanism of polyurethane damping materials,is not thorough enough.In addition,polyurethane damping material also has excellent mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,resistance to alternating temperature and so on.This paper takes polyurethane material as the research object,mainly through dynamic mechanical properties and composite loss factor tests,analyzes the internal structure of polyurethane damping coating,grasps the damping mechanism of polymer coating material,and optimizes the vibration and noise reduction performance of damping coating material.The specific research contents are as follows1.The influence of the structure of polyurethane on the damping properties was studied By changing the types of isocyanate,polyether polyols,chain extender,NCO content in the prepolymer and other parameters,the structure and properties of polyurethane materials were adjusted to study their influence on the coating damping properties,and the best types and proportions of polyurethane soft and hard segments were obtained.2.The mechanical properties of composite coatings are mainly reflected in tensile strength,flexibility,impact strength,and adhesion between the substrate.Based on the research of damping material,this paper studies its influence on the mechanical properties of composite damping coating from the aspects of matrix resin and filler,and obtains the optimal formula of damping coating.3.In order to endow damping coatings with the functions of environmental resistance and flame retardancy,this paper studied in detail the influences of type and content of fillers on the environmental resistance and flame retardancy of composite damping coatings,and obtained the optimal dosage and ratio of fillers in damping coatings.
