In view of the current situation of oil-bearing wastewater from oil industry and oilfield exploitation,it is of great practical significance to develop new,efficient and easy to operate oil-water separation materials.Graphene has the advantages of large specific surface area,corrosion resistance and high porosity.It has made many achievements in many fields,and has potential application value in the field of oil-water separation.In this dissertation,three kinds of novel superhydrophobic and corrosion-resistant graphene based composite membranes were prepared by electrodeposition and electropolymerization,which provided new ideas and methods for oil-water separation materials and had certain theoretical value and practical application value.?1?The photocatalysis and self-cleaning chitosan/aminographene/Ti O2superhydrophobic stainless steel mesh membrane was prepared by two-step electrochemical deposition at room temperature and pressure.The membrane shows good corrosion resistance and separation performance in oil-water separation.It can repeatedly and efficiently separate a variety of oil-water mixtures,such as kerosene,cyclohexane,n-heptane,petroleum ether,soybean oil and other oil-water mixtures,and the separation efficiency can reach more than95%.The superhydrophobic mesh membrane showed good self-cleaning performance under ultraviolet light,and had the performance of repeated oil and water separation.?2?The PPy/FGO/Ni?OH?2/Cu2S composite membrane was prepared by hydrothermal method,impregnation method and electrochemical polymerization method.The introduction of FGO with low surface energy and high mechanical strength improved the mechanical properties and stability of PPy organic membrane,and improved the hydrophobicity of the composite material.At the same time,PPy/FGO/Ni?OH?2/Cu2S composite membrane has light self-cleaning function,good mechanical stability and repeatability,and has the advantages of environmental protection and industrial scale-up in oily wastewater treatment.?3?Corrosion resistant and superhydrophobic panoap/rgo composite copper mesh films with micro nano porous structure were prepared by electrodeposition and dealloying methods.The static contact angle between the super hydrophobic copper mesh membrane and water can reach 160°and the separation efficiency can reach 98%.The composite copper mesh membrane has good mechanical stability,corrosion resistance and reusability,which shows a good application prospect in oily wastewater treatment.
