Cross-corrugated packing has the advantages of large specific surface area and high porosity in wet dust removal.However,at present,experts and scholars at home and abroad have little research on the cross-corrugated packing dust removal efficiency.This article has conducted in-depth research on the dust removal efficiency through theory and experiment.This paper analyzes and summarizes the flow characteristics inside the cross-corrugated packing channel,and simplifies the cross-corrugated packing channel into a regular model.Combined with the flow characteristics of the air flow in the cross-corrugated packing channel,both the flow on the main channel and the vortex flow,from the diffusion The theoretical analysis of the cross-corrugated packing dust removal efficiency in three aspects:effect,inertial collision effect and gravity settling effect,the analysis obtained:1.The dimensionless parameter items that affect the channel diffusion dust removal efficiency are pe?,L/dh and cross angleθ;2.The dimensionless parameters that affect the inertial collision dust removal efficiency of the channel are the Stokes number Stk and the parameter item Stk?;3.The Frode number Fr,the cross angleθand the parameter item Stk?affect the channel gravity settlement dust removal efficiency.In order to conduct an experimental analysis of the cross-corrugated wet packing dust removal efficiency,a set of wet dust removal test bench was built.The test bench can provide a wind speed range of 1.5~4.2 m/s and provide 0.7~2.0 L/(m2·s)of water distribution Density interval.Three different fillers were selected for this experiment,namely paper-based filler,glass fiber filler and plastic filler.First,two paper-based fillers and glass fiber fillers with the same structure but different materials are compared under the same working conditions.The experimental results show that the dust removal efficiency of paper-based fillers is higher than that of glass fiber fillers;The dust removal efficiency experiment of the corrugated packing under different water density and different wind speeds showed that:1.For paper-based packing,when the water density of the paper increases from 1.0 L/(m2·s)to1.5,2.0 L/(m2·s),the dust removal efficiency of the filler increases first and then decreases,while the dust removal efficiency of the glass fiber filler continues to increase,and the filtration efficiency of the plastic orifice corrugated filler for 1,2,3,and 5μm dust decreases first Increase;2.When the inlet wind speed increases from 2.1 m/s to 2.9,4.2 m/s in sequence,the dust removal efficiency of paper-based filler and glass fiber filler increases with the increase of wind speed,while plastic orifice corrugated packing The dust removal efficiency increases first and then decreases;the experimental analysis of the cross-corrugated filler structure parameters affecting the filler dust removal efficiency is carried out.The analyzed parameters are peak height and cross angle,and the experimental filler is paper-based filler.The experimental results show that:1.Under working conditions,the dust removal efficiency of the paper-based filler with a peak height of 7mm is lower than that with a peak height of5mm;2.The dust removal efficiency of the filler with a cross-corrugation angle of 90°is higher than the dust removal efficiency of the filler of 60°;Finally,The dust removal performance of the cross-corrugated filler was extended,and the paper found that the paper-based cross-corrugated filler stopped wetting after wetting,and its dust removal efficiency changed with time.At the same time,the dust removal efficiency of the longitudinal cross-section of the filler was also obtained There are differences,the dust removal efficiency at the upper end of the cross section is slightly higher than the lower end of the filler.According to the experimental data of the dust removal efficiency measured by the paper-based filler,five influencing factors of the dust removal efficiency of the filler are selected:the inlet wind speed,the water distribution density,the dust particle size,the peak height and the cross angle,which are orthogonally analyzed and analyzed The order of the influence of various factors on the dust removal efficiency from major to minor is as follows:dust particle size>peak height>inlet wind speed>cross angle>water density.Combining the theoretical analysis of the cross-corrugated packing dust removal efficiency and the dimensionless parameters that affect the dust removal efficiency,the experimental results are combined with the theory to analyze the rules of the dimensionless parameters that affect the dust removal efficiency,and it is concluded that they affect the overall dust removal efficiency.trend.According to the influence trend of each parameter on the dust removal efficiency,the basic form of the cross-corrugated filler dust removal efficiency correlation is determined,combined with orthogonal test data,the correlation is software-fitted,and the paper-based cross-corrugated filler dust removal efficiency calculation correlation is obtained.,And the correlation calculation results are compared with the original experimental results and randomly selected non-sample experimental results to verify the reliability of the correlation.
