As one of the important parts in mechanical transmission,the processing quality of slender shaft has great influence on the service life of machine.At present,the turning of slender shaft is still a technical problem solved by enterprise technicians.The main problem is that the radial bending deformation of slender shaft can not guarantee the processing quality of parts and affect the performance of slender shaft.Compared with the ordinary slender shaft,the slender ladder shaft studied in this paper has great particularity in structure characteristics and processing difficulties.Its main features are the length-diameter ratio up to 27,the structure at both ends is asymmetrical,the intermediate shaft segment is groove shape,the shaft variable diameter is irregular,the difficulty of its processing is due to the slender ladder shaft structure is special,the rigidity is seriously insufficient in the process of processing,extremely easy to produce bending vibration,resulting in the surface of the shaft vibration grain,external size and coaxiality out of line.In view of the processing quality problem caused by slender ladder shaft,there are serious limitations in using general lathe and special machine tool for processing,so the CNC lathe with high degree of automation and size compensation function is used for processing.Ladder for small batch slender shaft,whether in a short period of time to formulate reasonable technology route and trial production of qualified,need to find a way to raise the method of combining,quantitative research is a slender ladder shaft of the shock lines,coaxial degree of the influence factors of super bad,find a way to ensure the quality of processing,processing for the future of different types of slender ladder shaft provide technology reference.First of all,the use of three different clamping methods is compared and analyzed,and a reasonable process route is obtained.The test machining of the slender ladder shaft is carried out.It is found that the installation position of the center frame has a great influence on the vibration degree of the slender ladder shaft.Secondly,the vibration theory of euler beam is introduced to establish the free vibration equation of beam with variable section.Numerical calculation is carried out with the help of Matlab software to obtain the maximum amplitude position of the slender ladder shaft,which provides theoretical basis for the installation of the central frame position.Matlab software GUI module is used to develop vibration analysis software,which provides convenience for fast calculation of the maximum amplitude position of different types of slender ladder axes.Ansys software was used for modal analysis to verify the accuracy of the calculation results of vibration analysis software.Finally,the manufacture of long and thin ladder shaft parts was carried out,the processing quality of the parts was tested to meet the requirements of the drawings,and the accuracy of the location selection of the center frame and the rationality of the process route were verified,which provided the theoretical basis and process reference for the production practice of the enterprise.The vibration analysis software developed in this paper provides convenience for engineers to quickly calculate the maximum amplitude of the slender ladder shaft,saves a lot of time for manual calculation,and realizes intelligent human-computer interaction.The accuracy of the research method of the long and thin ladder shaft process was verified by the trial production method.
