Research On The Mechanism Of Public Participation In Urban River Water Environment Governance

In the process of rapidly promoting the construction of water ecological civilization in China,especially since the implementation of the river chief system,river water environmental governance has attracted more and more attention from the whole society,and public participation has gradually become the important strength in the promotion of water ecological civilization construction and river water environmental governance.The research on the public participation mechanism in urban river water environment management is conducive to forming a theoretical system that is suitable for it,and can also promote the public to participate in urban river water environment management in a more active and orderly way.Based on the analysis and summary of the existing related researches and theory,this paper connects the practical work of H District water environmental governance,the public questionnaire survey and the government staff interviews to the study,using SPSS software to do the statistic analysis,from the laws and regulations,propaganda education,the ways to run,a long-term guarantee four aspects,to find the problems existing in the mechanism,in order to make the public participation mechanism in urban river water environment governance much better than before.
