| The utilization of resources is the need of the sustainable development of the whole mankind as well as our country.Since the reform and opening up,the disposal of domestic waste has taken up a lot of social public resources,hindering the construction and development of urbanization in China.As a big country of waste production,it is of great significance to recycle domestic waste and realize resource reuse.Among them,kitchen waste accounts for a large proportion,its water content and organic matter content are high,and its collection,transportation and end treatment costs are high.If kitchen waste can be disposed on site and realized resource utilization,it will have practical significance.In this paper,the research direction is the source treatment of kitchen waste.Through the analysis of the current situation and national policies of kitchen waste treatment in China,it is concluded that the source composting treatment of kitchen waste can achieve the reduction and resource utilization.In view of the diversified design requirements of cross field integrating waste composting technology and product design,in order to avoid the design problems caused by demand,this paper introduces TRIZ theory to study and guide the design of household kitchen waste composter.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1、Based on the research direction of the source composting treatment of kitchen waste,the domestic kitchen waste composting products were investigated and analyzed.It was pointed out that the application of composting technology did not conform to the user’s kitchen waste treatment behavior,did not match the user’s composting cognition and experience,and pointed out that the design of the product itself had defects.According to the user’s behavior of kitchen waste disposal and compost cognition,through observation,user interview and questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the user’s demand for kitchen waste disposal and views on compost technology application.Finally,the use of pain points and user needs and views from market research are summed up as the design requirements of this kitchen waste composting machine.2、Based on the core idea of TRIZ theory,this paper analyzes the summarized design requirements,and finds that there are contradictions between some design requirements and composting principles,as well as between design requirements.And the design problem caused by demand is transformed into standard problem.The contradiction matrix is used to find out the applicable invention theory and the effect provided by scientific effect database to solve the contradiction problem,find out the direction of solvingthe problem,and finally define the main functions of composting machine,and analyze the main functions to get the applicable design strategy.3、On the basis of the main functions and design strategies,the scale and conditions of kitchen waste treatment are set,and the appearance analysis and sketch drawing are carried out according to this standard.3D modeling of the selected design scheme and evaluation of satisfaction and reduction benefit are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the product.Finally,according to the needs of users,the concept of fertilizer service platform around household kitchen waste composting machine is proposed to promote users to actively participate in the front-end recycling of kitchen waste. |
