| The integrated stove is an innovative multi-functional kitchen appliance that began to appear in the early 21 st century.It is a creative and integrated design for different functions such as kitchen ventilator,stove and disinfection cabinet.It has the characteristics of health,high efficiency smoke inhalation,as well as ultra-quiet and safety.As a leader in the kitchen industry,OuLin group has been closely following the trend of industry development.Considering the great development prospect of the integrated stove industry,the company needs to explore the market in the integrated area.So,the company has established the new product R&D team of the OuLin intelligent integrated stove.The R&D team consists of twelve members.It covers a variety of professional directions.It includes a design director,an assistant,five designers,three structural engineers and two user researchers.As a member of the R&D team,I participated in the whole six months new product development process.This project is an actual new product development project of OuLin group.The main objective of the project is to analyze and stud y the market of the whole integrated stove industry,and to summarize the highlights of several industries' appearance and function design.At the same time,we are looking for innovative opportunities in modeling and function.The project team hope to break the difficulties in the homogenization of the existing integrated kitchen industry products and help the products become more competitive in the market.It has conducted in-depth analysis and comparative study on the structure,health treatment,maintenance,CMF and intelligence of the first echelon brands of competition brands.The project team has obtained the design selling point to inherit and carry forward.At the same time,the project team proposes six innovative designs which include cabinet integration structure innovation,healthy anion wind device,smoke barrier air curtain device,intelligent breathing lamp function innovation,structural innovation of double-layer condensing oil panel,removable board cleaning structure innovation and the structure innovation of the adsorption tank can be changed.At present,six innovations have applied for invention patent and utility model patent.In the medium term design,through the conceptual sketch scheme stage,the effect drawing scheme stage and two rounds of appearance optimization and iteration design,this makes the appearance of the product mix well with the six creative structures and functional designs.This makes the new product beautiful and practical.At present,the prototype model of the project has been evaluated and tested by the company.The mold is being made now.The new product is expected to go on sale in the second half of 2018. |
