Ntegration strategy has always been the key basic element of the theory of enterprise strategic management,and plays a very important role in the enterprise growth strategy.The implementation of integration strategy is conducive to the development of the internal division of labor and cooperation in the direction of specialization,as well as to the improvement of the utilization depth and efficiency of resources such as the enterprise industrial chain.Explosives for civil use refer to the general name of all kinds of gunpowder,explosives and their products,initiating explosive devices and other explosives used for non military purposes and listed in civil use.Civil explosives industry is a high-risk industry specially managed by the state,which is called "the energy of energy industry,the foundation of basic industry".As the forefront of reform and opening up,the use of civil explosives in Guangdong Province has gradually increased with the increase of infrastructure construction in Guangdong Province,and gradually formed the industry leader in the fields of civil blasting and equipment research.Under the leadership of the industry competent department,Guangdong Province has been exploring and practicing the integrated strategic development mode,and has achieved certain results Approval of management departments at all levels.However,in recent years,with the deepening of supply side structural reform and the continuous improvement of infrastructure construction,the problem of excess capacity of civil explosives products has become increasingly prominent.It has aroused the concern and attention of various enterprises,and has become a hot issue in the field of business administration.In view of the urgency of the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong civil explosives industry,this paper deeply studies the case of M civil explosives company's implementation of integration strategy,analyzes the internal and external environment of the company by using strategic management,supply chain,industrial chain related theories and PEST analysis,Porter five force model,SWOT analysis and other methods,and expounds the specific process of the company's implementation of integration,This paper summarizes the effect of integration from the aspects of production and operation cost,product marketshare and enterprise intrinsic safety.At the same time,it puts forward some difficulties faced by enterprises from the perspective of internal and external factors.Through the case study of M company,we have found out the basic conditions,principles and strategies for civil explosives enterprises to implement the integration strategy.Through the summary of these theories and practices,it will be helpful to guide other peers to implement the integration strategy.Through the research,we know that the integrated development strategy is the most suitable development strategy for civil explosives enterprises.In the process of implementation,we must strengthen the examination of the strategic elements of enterprises,and constantly promote the horizontal and vertical integration of civil explosives enterprises.At the same time,the agent sales model of M civil explosives has been proved to be in line with the civil explosives industry The effective way of healthy and sustainable development.
