As the basic industry of China's industrial system,civil explosive industry shoulders the mission of serving the national economic construction.During the "14th five year plan" period,the civil explosive industry took the initiative to respond to the changes in the market economy situation,completed all tasks in an all-round way,constantly optimized the industrial structure,and continuously improved the level of safety production.Information and intelligent production became new highlights of the industry,and new achievements were made in system reform.The industry's own development and the demand for national economic construction reached the best level in history.With the transformation of China's economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development,civil explosive production enterprises are generally faced with how to improve their competitiveness by optimizing marketing strategies and innovating marketing models,and how to find a sustainable development path in line with the actual situation of enterprises,which is very important.According to the principle that the sales radius in the industry is less than 500 km as the dominant sales area,this paper makes a survey of 9 civil explosive production enterprises in the dominant sales area of Shenhua Xilaifeng,collects and sorts out the statistics of industrial ammonium nitrate consumption in Inner Mongolia,comprehensively combs the competition situation of the downstream market of ammonium nitrate production enterprises,uses pest,SWOT and other analysis theories and elimination methods Based on relevant knowledge such as consumer behavior,this paper analyzes the marketing environment of Xilaifeng ammonium nitrate company,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Shenhua Xilaifeng ammonium nitrate company in the current marketing environment,and summarizes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the company in marketing strategy in combination with its own management status.Starting from the current marketing strategy of Shenhua Xilaifeng ammonium nitrate according to the existing shortcomings and shortcomings,this paper puts forward a targeted marketing strategy optimization plan,and puts forwardcorresponding optimization suggestions for all aspects of the company's marketing strategy,and in order to ensure the implementation of the plan,further puts forward some guarantee measures,in order to effectively improve the enterprise The marketing strategy level of the industry will further improve the adaptability and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,and help enterprises improve quality and efficiency.
